First time having Five Guys in around 5 years, and it's better than I remember. The beef is really good quality and the cheeseburger tasted amazing, even without any condiments. The beef and melty cheese just go so well together. It is a bit pricey at about $19 for a burger with fries, but at least know this is top quality burgers, and probably one of the best burger chains you'll find. It's better than any burger I've had in a sit-down place/bar/pub and better than any local joint I've been to in Ottawa. Definitely will come back before another 5 years :)

Recently remodeled. Great Cheeseburger We had lunch there. Service was good. We had two hotdogs and split a fries with lots of fries to bring home . We will return

This edible burger franchise you know is not cheap. Now their most famous cheeseburger has hit $11 CAD. And with fries and their famous shake (bacon crumbles optional! Extra protein! If you're looking for the ultimate classic cheeseburger experience, this place has got it down pat. They've perfected the balance of fat, meat, and salt, resulting in a juicy, delicious burger. The cheese and meat blend together perfectly at a high temperature, creating the ideal flavor. And let's not forget about the fries - they're simply outstanding. You can add toppings to your burger, but trust me, the basic cheeseburger is where it's at.

After an extremely poor start; they mixed up a 4 burger order, literally all wrong, they pulled through with strong customer care, remaking the complete order super fast and generous portions. These burgers are out of sight and the no but lettuce option with free extra bacon if so desired is always a hit. First time trying their touted milkshakes but it wasn’t for me. Very flavourful but much too sweat for me..(I am sweet enough)! Always high expectations for me when visiting this restaurant. Again they completely turning the visit around in a short amount of time, and I would in fact recommend this location. Nice!

Five Guys is a good fast casual burger restaurant. Burgers tasted good, a little on the greasy side which makes the bun a little soggy. Crispy fries were generous and seasoned well.

The burger has the potential to be great, but the buns are so soggy.... The patties the toppings the fries were all good but I feel like the soggy buns really pulling down what otherwise would have been a solid meal. They serve a lot of fries and free peanuts.

Food & Service were excellent. Being Celiac it was amazing how they catered to my dietary needs. Had a great burger wrapped in lettuce & the fries are done in a fryer that does not have other foods done in it. The staff were very knowledgeable & made sure my food was gluten free. Will definitely go back.

Disappointed, I wanted five guys today because I love five guys. I ordered a cheeseburger and a fry. When I got my food it the fry’s were not nice and golden brown they were yellow. The burger was soggy because of buns. However the staff are super friendly so that makes up for it just I don’t think 20$ is fair for what I bought.

The free peanuts create an inviting atmosphere. They complement the flavor and texture of the main menu items. It's a unique offering, setting Five Guys apart from other burger joints. The cons I see Potential allergen concerns (though Five Guys takes precautions). Consuming too many peanuts might spoil your appetite for their delicious burgers.

I ordered a couple burgers, and I waited for a while for a burger and fries in a bag. The experience waiting was good, with ample seating and free peanuts. It was well-themed as well. Once I ate the burger, I'd say it was well worth the price I paid.

Dirty washrooms, food was okay but not as good as five guys used to be, meat was dry. But most importantly, it was $26 for a burger and poutine combo??? I'd be annoyed by that in a proper sit down restaurant. The competition for this level of dining is half the price. So disappointed, this used to be my favourite burger joint.

Delicious food with a lot of customizations. A little pricy for a fast food joint, but the quality and taste make it worth it. LEAGUES above somewhere like McDs. Friendly, fast, and helpful service. I Love that they announce allergies to the whole kitchen to make sure everyone is aware and treating your food with care. On that same note their lettuce buns are substantial 👍 Even the restrooms are modern and clean. They check all the boxes and then some!
