    It is a McDonald's, don't get your hopes up for excellent service, minimal effort at best. Saw a lady wait twenty minutes for a cup of coffee, they prioritize drive-thru until empty before doing front-of-house, but clear the display of all orders so they their order times low. Thirty odd minutes for a cheeseburger is unacceptable when the staff area is packed and staff have to squeeze by each other. 2023 update: Service is just as bad, like the owner intentionally has in workers' manual that they work extra slow so it takes 20+ minutes for coffee. They also fake their service times, when people order the staff clear off the screen the orders so customers are standing there confused where their orders went. Sep 24 2023 AM update: Worker came in to say he was sick with COVID and manager tried to convinve him he didn't have it and he could still work. Jan 06 2024 update: Bought two fries, one was less than half full, other was just about. Removing one-star from Food.

    Nooo. I don't like the new layout!! It makes the inside super small. And no fountain drink machine! I asked someone at the cash "what happens if I want a refill" He replied "sorry we don't do that anymore" 😱😱

    The staff is friendly. And the food is good. We're surprised to find out it still keeps the big play structure for the kids. Many other McDonald's restaurants have removed it already.

    Third and last time they get my order wrong at this McDonald's. Even after my order was verified by cashier. Had to dump the burger, Waste of money.

    The new renovations make the place look like a literal jail…. Service somehow got worse and when I ordered a coffee it took them 10 mins to give out (with only 3 other people in the place). Also manager named Kelley was publicly humiliating the teen workers in front of guests?? Very uncomfortable to watch and feel bad for the poor workers… probably not going back.

    Recently reopened after renovations. There are less tables than before. The atmosphere is nicer and it's much cleaner. The decor is much more modern. They still have the exact same play place as before renovations. The staff are very pleasant. They offer table service or counter pick up, as well as a two lane drive-thru. There's a parking lot with limited spots. There are more bench & booth style seating options now. There is still an upstairs dining room, but it closes at 8:00pm.

    My car stalled in the drive through. The employee was nice enough, not only to help push me out, but also to get the kid I was with a chicken nugget meal. He was super understanding and I really appreciated his help. Thanks so much to whoever you were

    I upgraded my fries to a Large and they gave me a medium size in a large cup. Then I ordered my quarter pounder without cheese, but guess what was inside!

    I love this McDonald’s because I always go here! Great service but sometimes they mess up my order. But they rarely do now because I have the McDonald’s app and it’s amazing! It doesn’t steal any of your credit card info, it doesn’t mess up the orders and my life has been so much better because I have the app!

    Food service was quick as breakfast is almost finished. Nice place to meet with friends to have some coffee, chit-chat, and snacks. This is my go to place every saturday morning.

    Every time we visit this store they always miss an item. I have to drive back 20 minutes to pick up chocolate milk that was part of the happy meal. Missing chicken nuggets when we order. Check your order before you leave.

    I've been to many, many McDonald's restaurants. Only this one has ever been consistently perfect. No mistakes ever. The food has been ideal every single time. Juicy and hot patties, as if just out of the grill. Fresh and perfectly salted fries. Crunchy veggies. Just the right amount of condiments. Everything is perfect. Even your takeout bag is orderly packaged. A huge shoutout to the people who work there, because beyond doing a great job, they ALWAYS have a smile for you. I'm glad to live close by.

    If I could give no stars I would! I went through the drive threw Jan 31 2024. I had ordered a hamburger. Gave the lady my code which had a free french frie with a purchase. She explained I couldn't get the fries because I need to spend a larger amount . I read at the bottom min $3 . So I said ok forget it . I'll just get small fries and a hamburger. ( even though the hamburger is 2.95) . I paid at the first window and proceeded to thr next window for the food .I could hear clear as day the same lady talking about me . Saying I told her she has to spend more money . She's doesn't even have 3 dollars . Completely ignorant and I was so imberessed . When the door slid open for my food I told the worker she was talking to him about me and I could hear EVERYTHING! I asked to speak to her and to get the manager ! She must be mid 30's . I told she shouldn't be in this line of buisness serving customers and trash talking them to your employees! How unprofessional it was . I gave the food back asked for my money back and got the managers name to contact . I personally will not be returning ever to this McDonald's!

    I must say, this particular McDonald's stands above the rest. Not only is the drive through open 24/7 but the fries are always hot, food is delivered with the same level of expected consistency and workers Anna and Emily go above and beyond. Their professionalism is noteworthy and their enthusiasm towards customers makes a lasting impression which naturally brings McDonald's lovers, back. They deserve a raise for their terrific tutelage. Thank you for making this location a Wednesday post game tradition 🤙

    New remodelled store, following McDonalds touchscreens totems and no free refill soda machines. Usually fast service but bathrooms need more attention. It is a busy area, so avoid peak hours.

    Worst customer service by a bully manager. If he cannot respect customers, it’s concerning how he treats the staff. Upper management should seriously investigate the manager whose first initial is B to make sure, first and foremost, employees are not being mistreated particularly that many of them are young teenagers. Steps are already underway to address the incident in question.

    1. My McFlurry was ready but sitting behind the counter melting while I patiently waited for someone to hand me the McFlurry. 2. I paid for a regular size McFurry, but I was given a snack size that is only 75% to the cup size and melting. There were about 10 staff working behind the counter. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to give this feedback. Hope this will help improve service for other customers.
