Service and food was terrible. The onion rings were over cooked and not fully battered as they should be. Ordered baby burger with bacon, plain. We received baby burger with ketchup and no bacon. Then waited 20 minutes for them to make another one.

This location is ORGANIZED. Never any waiting. Order is always 100% correct. All of the employees are competent and very chill but professional; ordering is a smooth exchange. The way they Tetris the food into the bag soothes my soul. New coffee is a solid every-day go to; with Starbucks being a weekend/occasional treat. You can taste the quality in the food. This is my new go-to.

I wasn’t a big fan of A&W, but would try it every now and then to see if maybe it’s changed or not. Today was the reason I kept going back. I wanted to like A&W, and this location by far the tastiest food and the nicest staff. Huge thank you to “K.C.” As he definitely takes pride in his work, and radiates kindness and knows how to treat customers. Never thought I’d leave a review like this about a fast food spot but you know what, compliments are due where compliments are deserved. Thank you for a fantastic experience, as little as it may actually matter, it mattered to me.

Bad customer service. They wanted us to pay for the tomatoes in one sandwich. we already saved them money when we ordered another sandwich that comes with baccon we asked without.

I am deeply concerned about the oppressive heat and lack of air conditioning at this location. This issue has been ongoing for longer than a week, and i can’t go unspoken. Both the hardworking employees and myself have been enduring this discomfort from the heat, and on top of that employees are forced to wear mask even though that is not legal !! It has significantly affected my dining experiences, and I empathize with the workers facing these conditions daily. The excessively hot temperature in the restaurant and especially the bathroom is unacceptable. The management should prioritize the well-being of customers and employees by addressing these issues immediately and improving the overall environment.

The food at this location was great and the service was fast and friendly 🙂 This location was very clean! The reason I give it a 3-star rating however is due to the ill planning of the parking at this location.... Cars were parked up and down along the sides of the parking lot and down the road! Driving around in that parking lot trying to find a spot was very frustrating! .... Perhaps it's not always this way as I was there at 5 p.m. on a Thursday

Service was decent and special order was correct, however the dining area was a mess and even when they brought my food to my table, no attempt was made at cleaning the dirty table one seating place over from me (they had to walk right by it to bring my food to the table) and I had originally had to switch because of the food crumbs left from previous customers on two other tables. This is a drive thru stop for me only maybe to take a pee break but that's about it.

Oh my goodness. The gentleman working the front is fantastic. He is very polite and acknowledges you when you walk in!! Someone please give this man a raise or promotion! 25-10-23 at 14:30.

Nothing against the workers but the owner is lazy and cheap. Place says it’s 24 hours, yet there no workers inside the store when I went. I had a ordered a beyond burger and the patty is pretty small compared to other A&W. I had assume everywhere they’re the same but obviously not.

Ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich. Got home and took a big bite into a cold and raw centre. Called the store to let them know and the supervisor said “ok,” then put me on hold and returned to say they were very busy. No apology.

I am absolutely sick to my stomach. Went through the drive thru, ordered a burger. Brought it home, took a fee bites and there was a nice short black hair in it. I ran to the bathroom and vomitted. Never EVER will I eat at A&W again. Disgusting.

They staff are extremely friendly and give prompt service to their customers/ guests. This establishment is my favourite to visit because it's always a positive experience. Well done a n w team you rock !

The food is always fresh and hot at A&W . The pancakes are delicious at breakfast and the coffee . The burgers and fries are delicious too .

Terrible food quality. Burger was like dipped in cooking oil and fries tasted bitter ( May be a few hours stale)

I never leave negative reviews but I ordered food here - I tried giving it a second chance and again it was not cooked at all and my entire order was wrong. I couldn’t even finish and I felt so sick after. I don’t want to shift blame on anyone but looking at other reviews and having two negative experiences myself … there is clearly a deep issue with this place.

People should be aware that this is a franchise restaurant, this let's them charge whatever price they want. As an example, the uncle mushroom melt is 2 dollars more expensive then the any other A&W. This is the reason you cannot mobile order here as they will not honor the prices in the App.
