THIS IS THE WORST THAI EXPRESS IN OTTAWA!!!! I payed nearly double for extra chicken and noodles .. and the food I recieved could fit in the paper boxes they give for regular price. This is the 3RD TIME out of 3 times this is happening. The cook staff also dont really care..Honestly, if you want better service, to get what you pay for, and more friendly staff, order from literally any any other Thai Express in the city!!

Ordered two pad see ew combos and was missing one drink and one veggie roll from one of the combos. On top of that there was a piece of plastic in one of the pad see ew's. Would probably avoid this Thai Express location next time. I have ate at many other locations and it has always been excellent. This was not.

Nice service. No line up at supper time. COVID measures are in place. The place is clean and well maintained. There is no possibility to eat inside, at the time of this review which is August 2021. The meals were prepared in a timely fashion. Be prepared to live a tip before you can tap if you are using a card.

Pad See Ew for the win! I go to Thai Express's all over town. This one is one of my favorites. The noodles are never dry and everything is always on point! The only place where "medium" is plenty of spice for me :)

Today 15 Dec 23 I order a Tom Yum mini & a general Thai pineapple with beef. When we received our order the broth of my soup was collected in the bottom of the bag & general Thai pineapple looked like dogfood & was unpalatable. The delivery person apologized & indicated that was how it was packaged. We will not be using that establishment again!

Tried something new and ordered the chicken pad see ew. Asked for chicken, but got beef. NO chicken to be found anywhere. Whats more is there were almost NO greens to be found either. I expected some veggies in this, so I dunno what happened. I also paid more than the advertised price. Not sure whats up with this whole thing, but I feel like i got dupped. Would have just forgotten about it, but this wasn't the first time either. I dunno why I drove all the way here to get this. Come on guys, do better and I'll update the review. But right now I'm tired of being left disappointed. The taste was good, but holy hell does this feel like a heavy meal that is hard to digest.

This is probably the cleanest branch of Thai express i've been to. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and makes sure you have the most luxurious fast food experience there is. There's no surprise this food is delicious, but i suggest you try the emperial rolls as an appetizer and the thai soup!!!

I ordered for take out very spicy 🌶️ vegetable fried rice and I received sweet rice, taste sweet there was no spicy flavour at all. I have never eaten this kind of rice before.

I just Have to say , i ordered a chicken fried rice from uber at this rest.. and i defenitelly have to say that it was THE BEST RICE EVER! i dont really know what you guys put on it but OMG... ill be ordering this at least once at week .. new favourite plate

Used to be so much better, I just bought fried rice with basil and beef as a takeout. Of course I couldn’t taste it until I came home and what an unpleasant surprise. Simply put, rice was burned and the whole meal was very dry. For$17.34 tip included..

We had an office babyshower catered by Thai Express and Ahmad the owner was absolutely amazing! The spread of food he dropped off for us was incredibly delicious and abundant! everything tasted so fresh and well made. He even dropped off all the cutlery and seasoning that go along with the dishes. If you are looking for a caterer for a party I cannot recommend this place enough!

Thai Express have usually offered high quality food in different locations but there is something wrong with this branch. I've ordered on 2 separate occasions and both times the food either was not eatable or made me feel sick afterwards. I am contemplating whether to report this to related agencies. There needs to be an audit for the safety of their food.
