I haven't been in a Mucho Burrito in a long time. I used to order the taco salad all the time as it's an easy gluten free meal with fresh ingredients. It did seem to have fresh ingredients however it was less than half of the amount it used to be and didn't even include rice which I thought would be a low cost ingredient. For almost $16.00, I'd pass next time and just grab a bigger salad from the grocery store near by. Staff was preoccupied.

We were here this afternoon and had a build your own bowl option with various fresh choices. Later I found, the person serving us was the owner. She suggested us great options for toppings and sauces while describing us about each. Thank you for a great, fresh tasting, quick lunch.

Ohhh man... Think the best place to eat properly, faster as fast food, but way better then other places, I love it! Good Real Good, it's awesome and very delicious.... For Real, you gonna love it and enjoy all taste of seasonings !!!

This place was horrible. There was a bone in my chicken burrito that I bit down on, and it wasn’t little. It hurt, and I was lucky I didn't chip a tooth. I followed up with mucho burrito and they told me they would “look into it” honestly I just recommend people to go to Barr burrito across the street. It’s a shame that their quality has gone way downhill

I’d say this is my favourite mucho burrito location in Ottawa. Pros: - they always have steak - food is always fresh and very tasty - staff is friendly and place is clean. - Spicy if you request it. Cons: - Mucho has gotten quite expensive - Sides are disappointing for the price

In my opinion, this is the best Mucho Burrito, if not the the best burrito place across Ottawa. Portions and flavours are the best. I've been visiting this location on and off for several years and the quality has remained consistent. They are not skimpy with their toppings, and everything is always on point. Keep up the great local business!

Big fan of the franchise and have visited this location over 50x. Over the last year the service and quality has been different. Good portions (protein) have gotten smaller, veggies are either super soggy or under cooked, and chicken a few times almost feels like it’s from the other night. I used to love this place. Hoping they can get it together.

Sitting live right now, enjoying a mucho burrito after being served professionally from the kind staff. I was guided through what to choose, what was available. I told them I was treating myself. They gave me a great serving, and explained each topping, and let me have additional small topping to try. As a type 1 diabetic it's hard to come by selection for soda. Here they had 7up zero, diet root beer, Pepsi zero and many more choices. Nobody does this and I'm really happy about that. The staff was 5 star, they have their own camaraderie and get along. Letting each other know what's going on exactly for efficient. Nice music from their culture, at appropriate volume so your conversations aren't heard. 5 star will come again when I'm in the area!

Always fresh tasting and recently their portions have been great. More food than before I'd say. And they don't mind adding extra sauces and special instructions. Good amount of protein.

I placed a catering order with this location for my son's high school graduation celebration. The guests complimented the food several times. The portions were large and the service was excellent. Thank you to the staff for all your help. We will be back!

Went there this evening for dinner because I’ve been craving them. They indicated 5-7 minutes for shrimp. No problem I knew this was the case. I waited well over 20 minutes, at which point I asked about my burrito. They responded with oh yes - then one of the employees was conflicted about filling in a ubereats order that came in. I left because I saw them serve 20 customers in that time and they had 0 empathy for the fact they forgot about my order! While I sat there waiting. Horrible service!

This place used to be great and now every time I come in they give 3 slivers of shredded cheese on the tacos. They have become SO cheap with their portions that I have to fight them every time. I won't be coming back anymore

Got two salad bowls for $30. Quantity was sufficient. Taste was alright. One of three servers was friendly. Parking was easy. I can get an equally satisfying lunch for two at many other fast food restaurants for $25 or less so won't be returning in the near future.
