    I am writing this with utmost disappointment and disbelief on how my Dad was treated by the front desk staff (Urina labaski) at the X-Ray diagnosis center. My Dad, who is an 81 year old retired laser scientist (PHD in Physics) went to get his X-Ray today at your location at 10:20 AM. He was told that he will be seen at 12:30 and can come back at that time. My dad went outside and waited and was back by 12:35 and he was asked to wait again. After 20-25 minutes my Dad again politely inquired that how long is the wait and the front Desk staff named Urina Labaski (might not have the exact name) was super rude to my dad and would not even respond to him and completely ignored him. My Dad also lost his cool and told Urina that she is discriminating him, when other people who were late by 10 minutes were immediately attended, but in his case she would not even give him the exact waiting time or even respond. He again asked about the wait time and this time other staff members at the clinic saw what was happening and how she was dealing with 81 yeal old guy, so they tried intervening and asked her to respond to my Dad, she refused and went to her lunch. My Dad kept on sitting while she was away for lunch and when she came back my Dad again asked her, she would not respond. At this time my wife drove the facility and spoke to her and she was again extremely rude and not respond. Again a co-worker of her tried helping us and started looking at where my dad was in the line up, but she told him to go and let her handle them When my wife again asked her, she rudely responded that my dad is next, though when my wife asked her that how long he has to wait (as he was there since 10:20 AM) she didn't even bother to respond. My Dad is a respectable elderly person, who just came to do his X-ray and Urina treated him with disrespect and did not even bother to respond to him. He is Diabetic patient who has also gone through open heart surgery and at this age with his medical history, he has to eat regularly to keep his blood sugar in check. After 4 and half hours of waiting, my dad came back without getting the X-ray done. We are very disappointed that my Dad had to go through this experience and that in this day and age, Canadians are still going through racial discrimination due to their appearance.

    Elderly grandparents miss appointment by 10 min: charged a $90 fee EACH Dr apparently not in for their appointment: wasted time, travel for my elderly grandparents. No warning or communication regarding this. Shameful clinic.

    The doctors are not the problem with this clinic, the front staff is. One in particular, blond with straight hair, low ponytail at the front desk. Always rude, impatient and talks very loud! Then complains we're too close to the front desk while she's having a 'private' convo on the phone with a patient. Maybe if you weren't sooo loud, that wouldn't be a problem. Learn how to deal with the public or change careers.

    Terrible front office staff. Make up excuses and dont respond to pharmacy calls for prescription issues - the doctor made an error with a prescription for an antibiotic and pharmacist resent it to the front office staff who would not action it or let pharmacist speak to a doctor to get it rectified. Terrible terrible. do not ever go here unless you want to be treated poorly and made to feel like you are just a problem patient and another number - they are too busy to assist patients. I would give it a zero if I could.

    This is the worst run health centre I have ever had the experience of going to. I never get to see my doctor because there are never any appointments, I see my doctor maybe 2 times a year if I’m lucky. The booking system is horrid, the only way you can get an appointment is if you catch it being posted and then you have to wait for it to be “accepted” and they can “decline” it if they please. I don’t know what someone would do if they were seriously ill. If I could give zero stars I would.

    I love my doctor. I can never get a hold of anybody. I can't leave a voicemail and they never call me back. When the receptionist Karen does answer her voice is dripping with tone and is very rude and treating me as if I am 5years old. Medeo is the worst app ever. Why can't we just use email??

    i have been going to Rideau Valley Health Centre since 2012. The staff are pleasant and helpful. My doctor Dr. Cheung is kind and on time. This is a large clinic with many doctors. They need more staff to answer the phones and greet patients. I believe they have four staff that do. It is not enough for the amount of patients that belong to this clinic.

    The unprofessionalism from this clinic is next level. 90% of the time that an issue arises "I'm sorry that YOU feel this way". There is no understanding or empathy towards patients and why they might be accessing medical services during a difficult time. Fees increase regularly like a private business. Actual time spent with your doctor is so minimal that it makes it almost impossible to develop any rapport or time for a proper diagnoses. Today's issue, I contacted the clinic to confirm after hours time (5-8pm) on their actual website and was informed that its actually 5-7pm BUT we actually ramp down services around 6:30pm?? That's a complete lie of services (basically half the time they advertise). It's unfortunate that we have a shortage of doctors, otherwise this practice would have closed long ago. - Zero stars if I could!

    I am a very patient and respectfull person who had an Xray and ultrasound done this morning. The woman who did my ultrasound was very pleasant and kind... a lovely human being! I then had an Xray done by a very rude and cold man who has no people skills what so ever !! When I questioned his instructions (he is difficult to understand), he looked back at me, pointed his finger at me and told me to pay attention as if I was a child !! I was so taken back by his behaviour !! He certainly needs to be doing a job not dealing with the public, especially when they are there because of medical reasons and most likely in some sort of pain !! I hope you do something about this. !!!

    I had appointment today gor ultrasound and xray. It was on time. Fast and efficient. Technicians were professional and kind. Front desk as well. My first time at this place was 5 star experience.

    I am a long term patient of over 10 years here. Dr. Boyden is an amazing doctor. Convenient online bookings and same day urgent appointments. I feel so lucky to have compassionate, knowledgable and reliable health care service.

    Dr Degani and the entire team at RVHC have been great. They've always treated us with compassion and attention. Ofc there are wait times like every other healthcare facility in Ontario but in every interaction the team has been responsible and professional. Through their after hour program I've also had the chance to meet some other doctors here and all of them have been helpful and understanding

    Very poor reception service, yielding the patients. Asked the patients to pay $30 as they missed the appointment 4 years ago. They never pay the patients as their booking system was hacked for 2 months, all the patients booked appointments lost, all the patients private information were stolen. It is not fair
