Went in a bit before close, staff were cleaning up for the night but served us quickly and with very friendly service. Thanks! 😁

A bunch of untrained staff with no management. Took 2 minutes to punch in 2 drink orders on the system. I got the 2 drinks and they were half melted also to top it off they charged for whipped cream for a hot fudge shake when they're supposed to come with whipped cream. No napkins either. I will be avoiding this location

Went to get a couple Blizzards yesterday. Signage every where that there was a buy one get one for $1. Cashier gave me a total and I thought that it seemed expensive. When I questioned her and mentioned the promo, I was told that her manager rules were that I had to mention the promo before ordering to get the deal. I mentioned, no where on the signage does it say that. My question is why do they put the signage up if they do not want to honour the promotions given by head office! Just trying to make more money and rip off the customer? I will not choose this location again. On a bright side the staff was super nice about it and also seemed confused as to why the manager would tell the, such an idiotic thing.

Pre-ordered a sheet cake for my son’s birthday. When I went to pick it up, I got the sheet cake but it was not what I ordered. The staff double checked my order, apologized and offered do what I ordered. Another staff member came out close to 10 minutes later with the cake and simply said “the cake decorator said they did the best they could. Sorry.” I did not get the design I requested, I got two and a half small balloons in a corner with black outline smeared all over the coloured balloons. The cake was obviously good taste wise but I’m quite disappointed that this was the customer service I received. Not good.

We got my birthday cake from this location on Saturday. Unfortunately it was disappointing because as you can see the Blizzard later is about a half inch on the top. First time this has happened & I get a DQ cake every year.

I ordered a large sheet cake for my daughters party and I was so impressed by the decorator’s work. I was looking for a mermaid theme and didn’t have many instructions other than purple and some icing decorations on top … and she outdid herself! Even included a small mermaid tail decoration and made little shells with the icing. The kids loved the cake & my daughter was beyond happy with it! Thank you!

Ok you usually can't go wrong with DQ. Everyone loves ice cream. I had the Reese peanut putter cup pie blizzard which was delicious. The only thing that was bad was I also tried their soft pretzel sticks for the first time. That was a mistake. I expected them to be warm, they were not. They seemed to be covered in oil and the so called "queso" that comes with it is absolutely disgusting. 3 sticks and I couldn't even get halfway through the 1st stick before it all went in the trash and I was satisfied with my blizzard instead. They call it a pie blizzard because they add whipped cream on top!

Legit one of the homlist DQ's out there. This location is located in the heart of suburban Gloucaster which means everyone from young couples to families drop by here to snack. The staff generally is always friendly and in a good mood. The place can be very busy during school hours so drop by in the evening for shorter waiting times. Overall a great place to snack at!

Great setup to go for a cold sugary iced-treat or some greasy fast food. Most staff are students (good for youth employment) and friendly. Usually a steady flow of customers so be prepared to wait 5-10mins for lineup and your order to be ready. Store is usually clean, indoor & outdoor seating options, but they don’t have Coffee (missed revenue opportunity)! 4-stars as 4.5 isn’t an option...loses .5 due to wait & no coffee 😉

Clean and quiet place. Friendly staff . Good came as described . Good place for a quick stop , not exactly premium ice cream but great for the kids.

My go to place to satisfy my sweet tooth - snack size chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard... Come to think of it, I may go tonight :)

Worst experience. I ordered for icecreams and onion rings. I got fries and onion rings. I called the store and they admitted its their fault and said If I come to the store they will refund me or make my order. Uber did not pay me my delivery fees back, as it is not their fault. So for the mistake of the store I paid service fee 2$, delivery fee 4.49, tax 2.96, in which $2 and $4.49 was waste, as I have to pay that again for ordering. They gave me enough SORRY which did not help me at all.

This is the best DQ I have ever eaten in. Noah and all the staff are really amazing, they are very friendly. When I.come here, I fell really appreciated.
