    Have been a couple of times now to this location and the drive thru is insanely fast! From when we place the order and drive up to the window, our order is already ready. The staff are friendly and happy to help too. I find if you go inside it is a bit slower and you have to wait but still not terrible Also they have the strawberry powder donuts... yum!!

    Ordered a sausage farmer's wrap, got the SaUsAgE fArMeR's WrAp 🥴🤪 The worker who refunded this improvised monstrosity of roast beef, wedges, bacon and sauce was very kind. If they're reading this don't worry, I'm editing a previous one-star review that was already up due to your store never having the ingredients ready to make things LMFAO

    Usually not the type to write reviews… but this was awful. I hope the food inspector comes in soon to check this place out. This was a learning lesson to go into the location rather than ordering through the drive thru to see what the environment your food is being made in. Garbage, open bottles, unrefrigerated dairy on counters. The service was also not good either. They made my drink completely wrong no biggy… but they said it was right then had to pull up a picture of the drink from the app to show them what the drink is. The guy behind us was ordering a blueberry muffin the girl at the register goes “okay do we have some” and he was like “I’m not sure do you?” And she responses “well you tell me because I can’t see so do we have blueberry muffins or not”. The gentleman was super taken back and ended up just getting a coffee lol. Anyways been to this location before and it’s gradually has gotten worse and worse. I also work in the food industry and know when it’s busy how overwhelming it can be… but it was not busy. Anyways hopefully it gets better!

    I call this the Tim Hortons of no chocolate chip cookies. I think I have been to this Tim Hortons 30~ times in the past 3 months between 12pm-6pm and they haven’t had chocolate chip cookies a single time. Its a meme at this point. I wonder if they will one day actually make any chocolate chip cookies after the initial morning run. God speed.

    Does anyone wear a hairnet here there's a young lady in the evenings new she has very long hair I wish not to find in my food or attached to the rim of my cup? I don't know what's happened in the last month but service has gotten slower and seems like you got rid of your good employees I will sadly have to go to a different location. Am not greeted in the drive through by a happy person they sound sad and I can barley hear them. Going forward I hope you don't get rid of your good employees by over working them and being understaffed I've never seen a store so short staffed all the time not sure who else is higher to reach out to.

    By far the WORST location in Orleans. Never have items available and the service is slower than slow. The owners should be embarrassed of the employees they have running their establishment.

    Very disappointed was in line to make a payment cashiers friends walk in and are at back of line. She stops serving line and serves her friends and gives them free drinks while we had to wait for another cashier to be available

    I hate that my community Tims is so terrible. It isn't the fault of the employees, exactly, but the ownership. This Tims is HORRIBLY staffed and clearly lacks mature leadership during their shift. They rarely have food to sell and are always slow. Who would want to work in such a disorganized environment for such little pay? There is no emphasis on client satisfaction and everyone there seems miserable. Leadership is to blame in my opinion. Expecting minimum wage workers to run this store is unreasonable and frankly exploitative. The owner clearly has little personal investment and is only succeeding (in what little way they are) due to the brand and location. Where has the pride of ownership gone? This is not on the staff, this is on the owner. Put them in a position to succeed - it is your ONLY job.

    This location (Watters Rd) gets my order wrong 8/10 times. The quality of Tim Hortons has gone down by quite a bit and I hope corporate can do something about it.

    Convenient location from my house across the street. Asked for a sandwich and was told they're not serving food. At 4:30 pm because they have no staff or food. That's a first. What a joke!!

    Never has any food available! stop advertising food all day if you don’t sell it after 12 pm. Says they have no food because they are getting ready to close At 5 it’s currently 2 pm how are you justifying that!!!??

    Worst Tim Hortons in Orleans. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. The staff provide horrible service and attitude. 8 out of 10 times, they never have any food, and do not put up signs to let people in the drive thru know so you have to wait 20 mins in the drive thru just to find out you can’t order food, and another 10 to be able to get out of the drive thru. Save yourself the disappointment and drive further for another timmies.

    It's the biggest Tim Hortons in Stittsville. It's always a hit or miss. I order Bagel BELT and dark roast with no cream. Sometimes, the dark roast is extremely stale. Food is not bad the majority of the time. Expect to get wrong orders frequently. I ordered the order mentioned above and got 3 xl dark roasts. ALWAYS check the order.

    Just wondering what the spec is on cutting the Bagels in half. Order 3 bagels today not one cut in half. Order 3 this week not one cut in half. So if that is the spec which I know it us not. Should I order it everytime that I want it cut in half? Like common management inspect what you expect you should know this is happening let's make it right.

    The service I just experienced at this location was horrible today at 5pm. First of all there were a total of 2 cars in the drive thru and it took them maybe 15 minutes to get to me. I was ordering my food and I asked for a specific item and the young teenager just interrupted my order and just said "no". No what? No you don't have what I want right now? No its not available? No reason she just intrupped me mid sentence and said "NO". completely ridiculous.. she did not even tell me much my order to, she did not tell me to drive up to the next window. The service at this location i've never had an issue until this specific person.

    went in at 9am somehow no hashbrows ready, ordered a green tea and once i get to work and open the lid to add the sugar in my green tea, half of the green tea was milk… like really?

    Staff are pretty nice, but its super slow. I waited 15 minutes for my coffee and doughnut which they got the doughnut wrong when I ordered on the app.
