First customers of the day. Clean. Ordered "Family Pack" and two fountain drinks. Very tasty and generous portions. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of parking. Baby high chair available. Excellent customer service (Thank you Mika!). Looking forward to next visit.

most likely in my top 5 worse restaurant meals ever, we got to the restaurant we were the only 2 people in the place! ordered 2 leg meal, now I've had this in Gatineau before and I enjoyed it. Not so at this restaurant. Chicken was dry, bottom half of hamburger bun I was given was ice cold and we'll the fries were remarkably similar to McCain's. First and last time in that place!

This place is a joke; always closed, sometimes they open at certain hours sometimes they don't. They are closed all day on Wednesday. Do not waste your time sending your comments to their head office as they will not even bother replying. I honestly don’t know how this restaurant can stay open while not obeying franchise rules. Clearly, they don’t care about profits and are just there to work when they feel like it.

I really miss the fill your own gravy and salad bar. Covid is over. Please bring that back! And why aren’t the self checkout ordering terminals functioning yet? If not fir the above, I would’ve given 5 stars. Staff is friendly and ambiance is relaxed and cozy.

UPDATE: I sent an email as requested detailing my experience. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up at all from this restaurant, even though they assured me that there will be. My suggestion to others, please don't waste your time here, they might just tell you that there's no chicken. I was waiting for at least 15 minutes at the drive-thru only for someone to come out and say that there was no chicken left. This is one of my favorite places to get takeout. Not really sure if I would go back to this place, kinda odd that a place that sells chicken tells you that there's no chicken.

First time we pickup from Benny's Co. Taste would be a 5 star but found a bone in my Hot Chicken. Restaurant should watch the quality control. Don't know if we'll return or go back to St-Hubert.

Rotisserie chicken and pountines. Love the Sunday evening kids eat free. Enough that we've almost made it a biweekly stop to grab chicken. Staff is always friendly.

Orleans Location: Great food and service at a reasonable cost. Normally eat at Stittsville location which has always been a great experience.

I went through the drive through and no one answered me so I went inside to order. When I got in the guy behind the cash was stoned and the guy in the kitchen was dropping expletives left and right, not quietly either really loud, it was jarring and there were kids around, it was a bad experience. The food is normally okay but the atmosphere makes the place terrible, really need management to crack down.

Always a great time, Micha as always was an amazing person to see, she remembers our family each time we go and it brings a smile to my daughter's face. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure everyone is enjoying there time and experience. Not once have we ever felt rushed or like an inconvenience taking up a table but rather we always feel comfortable and welcome with a desire to stay, my family has her to thank for that. From birthdays to Friday lunchs this employee has consistently gonna above and beyond and I can guarantee is a primary factor in why we come back. I have no idea what company policy and standards are for your customer service but she she be your new standard. Cannot express enough how much of a hard dedicated worker she is and your garunteed a incredibly enjoyable experience as long as she's at the front desk that day. First time ordering and decided to go in to order for takeout. As soon as I walked in I could hear multiple people singing very loudly in the back. This went on for a solid 3 minutes and no one was at the cash or around. Finally a girl showed up to take my order. After ordering I was sitting and waiting, all I could hear was one of the two young men swearing very loudly. Every 2nd word was the F Bomb. He was standing right at the window from the kitchen to the front clearly oblivious to the fact everyone could hear him. Then he took a personal cell phone call that went on for minutes and we could hear everything. Finally my order came. I did tell the young girl working the front to let the guy know everyone could hear him loud and clear and that he shouldn’t be swearing like that in front of customers. Food was fine. Not terrible not great.

Went in today, 13 May 2023. Place was empty, found tables needed cleaning from spilled drinks, etc. The area where trays and dishes are returned was full of trays and used utensils plus garbage bins were full. Wouldn’t have a problem if place had been very busy but staff was standing around talking when they should have been cleaning the place. Not a welcoming store for sure.

Bad service, person taking my order had attitude when we asked questions. The bun on one of the burgers had mold, when going back in to rectify the issue the staff was not apologetic, they did not offer a refund or store credit.. They offered to remake the burger which took them and extra 25 minutes ( had to wait until other others were completed) generally when a mistake is made this become a priority to fix... I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will say I did get an email from the manager but again I will not accept a store credit to this establishment that has provided poor customer service and have unsanitary employees and work practices.

Went with friends for food, horrible service from the cashier. Not sure how to write her name but I think it’s micka? Although the food was good, service was not. Cashier was cleaning right beside me felt like she was whipping all the dirt over me, she was being way to friendly/touching around my friends and was being very rude when I was ordering. Also was on her phone while I was waiting in line for food and wouldn’t take our orders. >:(

Bonjour, I don't know what it is with this resto but when we rarely get the chance to order from them. We like the food but it is either closed or they are closing or they have sick personnel that didn't show up for work and they are closing early. So most of the time we have to order either from St Hubert or Kentucky chicken to fulfull our chicken craving. The resto must be close to going out of business. Incroyable! Thank you for making us save 50$plus. We will cook our own!
