    Where do I begin? There was garbage all over the floors, tables and drink fountain areas. There were 6 people on staff, yet food was not being attended to (beepers were going off and no one was acting). The line up was much longer than it should have been. The food we received was not what we ordered. My husband got the savory fries, and the seasoning was dumped in the middle of the fries, and not edible. It was a horrible experience. Shudder... Never going back.

    Very clean and cozy McDonald’s with helpful staff. I like the furniture here - it is very modern and comfy. As usual, good burgers and fast service. Ordering food inside is much faster than using the drive-thru area which is normally quite busy at this place. Minor inconvenience: the audio system needs to be fixed, as tunes come out patchy.

    Trust me, I know, it’s fast food but when did we stop caring at all? At 18$ for a combo?! Lunch is always the same, they park almost every car (11 cars as I wrote this) to keep their numbers up. The food is pathetic, look at this NEW chipotle burger?! You made me park and wait for that to go along with the cold fries. At least it’s only a 1$ for a large cup of ice to wash it down. I work close by and frequently come here, this is not the first time either that I receive a bad meal but it is the last! Highly recommend avoiding this location until they respect the consumer.

    The coca zero had literally more than 2/3 cup of ice (I ordered regular ice), even the straw cannot be inserted all the way down!!!!!! And it’s bland and not enough carbonated. I feel like spend 3.15$ for a cup of ice.

    Slow and cold. I ordered through the drive thru. I did order with a slight modification. That said, the order took over ten minutes from time of purchase to delivery. What’s worsening is that the delivery person gave my bag to two other clients, who looked at it and rejected it as it was not their order. On the third try it came to me. The both the fries and burger were cold. Why??? Not even an apology or anything.

    Every time! Why don't you put sauce with the nuggets I want and asked sauce with my nugget's it should come with sauce! Stop being so cheap on your clients Goddamm you do millions just put the sauce in if I ask or not. You know like the good old days when you used to have available drinks and stuff.... Next you take the ketchup?

    McDonald's Canada, unfortunately, left much to be desired during my recent visit. The overall quality of the food was disappointing, with a predominant issue being excessive saltiness in many items. The sauce and bread were particularly unappetizing, lacking any distinctive flavor or appeal. Regrettably, I couldn't find any real value in the meal, as it failed to leave a positive impression. The service at McDonald's Canada was subpar, at best. Long queues and inefficient staff made the ordering process tedious and time-consuming. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was unsatisfactory, with tables and floors appearing neglected and in need of attention. It is evident that McDonald's Canada needs to make significant improvements in several areas. Firstly, they must focus on enhancing the quality of their food. Reducing the excessive use of salt and ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and appealing would be a step in the right direction. Secondly, addressing the poor service and streamlining the ordering process would greatly improve the overall dining experience. Customer satisfaction should be their utmost priority, and this requires a more attentive approach to customer needs and complaints. By actively seeking feedback and implementing necessary changes, McDonald's Canada can create a more welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons. While it seems that McDonald's Canada might cater more to extremely hungry young kids who are willing to overlook the restaurant's shortcomings in pursuit of a quick meal, it is essential that they broaden their appeal to a wider demographic. Ultimately, by addressing these issues, McDonald's Canada has the potential to regain its reputation as a go-to fast-food option for customers seeking quality, value, and a satisfying dining experience.

    Expect to wait for a long time for your food, when you order take out, expect no sauce so you will always have to ask. If you are not happy - they will be so kind to refund you and cancel your order - ya take that and all your waiting goes in vain. Good try. Thank you for making McDonalds bar lower!

    This is the worst McDonald I’ve ever been to. I come here every Wednesday with my 3 daughters and people that ordered after us always get their food before us. They say we have a large order… come on; my daughters are 6,6 and 8. Dec 13th, The ordering screen facing cashes closest to the bathrooms is a piece of junk; we had to tap, on average, every item ordered 5 times and then it didn’t print our receipt. When we told them, as we have to most times; where’s our order, they have nothing to refer to… at least the staff made our order quickly after we complained.

    I'm sure they are hitting all their metrics for drive through times on paper but when I order a menu item (not custom or even more than a single combo) and have to wait at the curb for someone to bring it out I feel like they are missing the real life intention of measuring “speed”.

    Must have changed or added more staff recently, as the drive thru is much quicker than it used to be. Especially late at night. No more pylons blocking access to the drive thru because they were "short staffed".

    The slowest McDonald's there is. Drive thru always makes you park in a waiting area instead of getting food from the pickup window. The ice cream machine is always just after "breaking down" in the evening. Needs new management

    Drive thru coffee explosion , when I finally finished cleaning up all I got was the coffee and a apology. They should teach there employees to secure the lid and hand the customer the cup not the lid to hold on to . My car seat ma be ruined it still smells like coffee cream. Hardboiled body parts not cool.

    When I went to the cash register, I was greeted by a nice young man named Tyler, who greeted me kindly and took my order quickly. Then the same person came, gave me my order, and told me everything was fresh and it was the best meal I had ever had at McDonald's. Would definitely come to this location again. Thanks for the great feast, Tyler.

    I mean r u kidding me? If I’m paying a dollar more for a large fry I want a large fry. This is unbelievable and completely avoidable.
