Burned dry chicken! Old oil used and never changed! Wasted $20 on this poor quality product!!! threw it into the garbage! I called the 1-800 number and filed a complaint 1 month ago, no response from KFC. This location is the worst KFC in the country! I would have given a minus 5 if I could! Shame on this owner!!!

I would give zero star the place not clean and my zinger meal really really really bad the popcorn is cold with fries looks like old and cold and the corn salad not tasty 🤢this is my first and last time to come here

I am not a big fan of this particular KFC location. I visited yesterday with my kids to grab some chicken for a quick dinner. First of all, the place itself looked like it needed a thorough clean. Second, the service was subpar. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence in the restaurant and take my order, as they were busy with drive-through and delivery orders. I was told I had to wait for about 5 minutes for the chicken to prepare, but I ended up waiting for more than 10 minutes. There was no apology offered. When I got home, I realized that they did not put any ketchup or napkins in my order. The chicken was good though. I will continue enjoying KFC but I will probably not visit this particular location if I have a choice.

One day I will learn!!! This place isn't going to get better...just worse! Employees are miserable and have no customer service skills. I got a 4 piece meal and came home and the chicken looked really small. It was super small because they are breaking chicken pieces in half. The chicken was gross, as well my piece looked green when I started to eat it. Never again!!! I'm not sure how this place is still open!!!

This is the only KFC in this town. During the pandemic the food quality was really bad and the opening hours were short and inconsistent. There were times the chicken were not edible because they were burnt or way too salty. I wonder if there is new management. The chicken now is tasty and the pieces are bigger. We went there a lot so I’ve decided to leave a review. This time we tried the 2 for TWOsday. For $2 you get 2 chicken drumsticks or 2 tenders. They are ok. For $1 more we get some fries. KFC stops serving the regular fries. We can only get the new seasoned fries. I don’t like them. I’m disappointed. Seasoned fries are way too salty.

What is this? It tastes like KFC but it does not look like KFC. I think KFC’s identity was stolen by Felix. Enough about the food, now about the service. My interaction with the cashier was great until the manager interrupted the service. The one time, he raised his voice and said something to the cashier. He did apologize but he then interrupted the service once again. I feel this was disrespectful and inappropriate at the time. Overall, I am not happy with the food quality and aside from the cashier, I wouldn’t recommend the place. I would however recommend that you take your well earned cash and precious time and spend it at a chicken place that will not cheat you out of a respectful experience or decent food, as this place has neither. Colonel Sanders would be so disappointed.

Decided to get my father's day dinner at this one. Ordered online for pickup at 4:55pm. (Online says pickup in 15min.) Arrived a little early and wished I didn't. Place was packed with 30 or more people of course. Then over the next 2 hours I waited for my meal. Was told 3 separate times when I asked it will be ready in 20min. Watched people come and go with their orders and the place empty. At 1.5 hours they asked me the contents of my order again and I suspect that's when they started making it. Counter was covered with receipts and they were very unorganized. Finally got my order at around 6:50pm. If I hadn't already ordered it online and paid I would've cancelled for sure. This place used to be pretty good but it's gone downhill extensively in the last 6 months or so. Never going back.

Spent almost 13 dollars for the 3 pieces of chicken combo, substituted for coleslaw, and a Pepsi. The employee told me that their machines was broken and offered me a can of Pepsi instead. Their 3 pieces chicken not even a 3 full size chicken, their chicken was covered with grease and coleslaw smelled like it was a month or even a year old coleslaw. I am a fan of kfc, and i will not return to this kfc location again. Do better KFC

I had an unfortunate experience at KFC recently, and it was honestly one of the worst visits I've had. The chicken I ordered was far from hot; it seemed like it was part of an old stock. To make matters worse, when I inquired about the issue, the employee I approached was not only unhelpful but also displayed rudeness by engaging in an argument. This employee, an older gentleman, left me thoroughly disappointed with his demeanor. Quality and customer service are essential aspects of any dining experience, and it was disheartening to see these aspects fall so short during my visit to KFC. I hope that the management takes steps to address such issues to ensure that customers receive the standard of service and quality that they deserve.

Stay away from this location! I purchased a 10 piece bucket yesterday and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was obviously reheated and it was so dry and had no flavour. So overcooked! Don’t think they know how to cook chicken! Use your hard earned money anywhere but this location.! Huge waste of money!!

This place needs to either fire all that staff or just shut down all together. Every item on the list is disgusting. I’ve never seen a worst representation of KFC in my life highly non-recommended do not go here or you will get sick or even worse just wanna throw your chicken at the people working there. Worst place to eat ever I review a lot of restaurants that’s what I do. You can take my word for it. Do not go here.!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering here. Won't happen again. I knew I'd made a mistake when I walked in to their building to pick up my order and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I paid $9 extra for the 'white meat no wings' option on our family bucket, they only gave us wings. Popcorn, chicken and chicken sandwich all practically inedible, the only decent part of the meal was the fries. $50 dinner, threw most of it in the garbage. No idea how this place is still open it's absolutely terrible.

If you’re ever in a rush and trying to get something to eat, just don’t come here. Ridiculously slow service and even worse customer service. The drive through attendant just left for 10 minutes and not even a “sorry, thank you for waiting” Just honestly sad
