    I met with Sam who took the extra time to fully understand my goals and explain his process and facility. What a great spot Sam has here on the outskirts of Stittsville. If you want to up your training without a bloated contract and a stuffed gym full of machines with lines next to them... Reach out to Sam at BtB and you'll be happy for sure!

    It's been just over a year since I walked in the door for my No Sweat Consultation and On-Boarding. Felt welcoming and inclusive from that moment on. Although I have a long way to go, this is the first gym experience in my 58 years where I've had the motivation to commit the time that's enabled me to benefit from the results of getting stronger and relief of the chronic pain I've suffered from for the last 25 years. Check them out. You won't regret it!!!

    BTB is a beautiful facility with excellent coaches and a great community of patrons. The atmosphere is inclusive and welcoming to all.

    Can’t say enough about this gym or the coaches! Changed my life. I feel younger and stronger than I did 10 years ago. I still don’t understand why everyone isn’t joining!!! The number of people who say to me that I inspire them is insane. I never thought at my age I would be doing pull-ups or lifting heavy weights but here I am!! The body is capable of so much more than we think. You just have to have the mindset and BTB give you all the tools for success. Thanks Sam Sabourin for doing what you do!!!

    An amazing gym, knowledgeable coaches that set the tone for a friendly and supportive environment for me to challenge myself without judgment. I’m in to my second month having started with the on-ramp, happy I did! The on-ramp showed the proper technique for the type of exercises that are done but most importantly to me, it identified the areas I need to work on such as flexibility. The coach explained how a lack of flexibility was causing issues with certain exercises, showed me workarounds and what I needed to do to gain the flexibility needed. In the short time I have been going to the gym, 3 times a week I have started to gain that flexibility and I’m already noticing improvements with my overall fitness. I was looking for a gym that would set me up with a good overall fitness regime for both strength and cardio, my expectations have been exceeded.

    This gym is top notch. They strive to help you progress in your training. The on ramp and introductory nutrition program is well worth it. The on ramp personal training sessions help you learn and gain confidence in your abilities. The coaches (Emily was my coach) work with you to focus on your abilities and help you build on them. Arden provided great support and focused on building new eating habits which was very beneficial. Group classes are a challenge but it’s the challenge I need to get my health on track. All the staff is great. Super friendly and knowledgeable and the first to give you positive reinforcement. I had tried other gyms but never stuck with it but this one works for me.

    I have been a member at Between the Bumpers for two years. The atmosphere is very welcoming, which is created by the supportive approach taken by the experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff. The facility and equipment is clean, modern and organized. This gym is for everyone at any fitness level, I can't recommend them enough.

    I have been going to BTB Fitness from last 5 months and it has been fantastic. I had problems with my knee, ankle and shoulder and I am seeing a lot of improvements. Sam and Peter are my trainer and they are one of the best. Its the best investment I have made. Highly recommended if you really want to see the difference in your daily life.

    AMAZING GYM, The 60 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible, You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.

    This is the cleanest, most welcoming, professional-but-still-super-fun gym around. I drive out of my way just to come and am so glad I do!
