I had really bad orange hair (see photo) and Bob at Jask was incredible at repairing the colour. He was very clear in the steps he was taking to repair it and had such great customer service. Loved the colour he was able to get done with balayage! Beautiful atmosphere in the salon - highly recommend ♥️

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I had a Volcano pedicure (mud mask, hot stone massage) and added paraffin wax, along with a Seaweed Gel manicure with services provided by Deanna and let me tell you that was a top notch experience! Deanna gives the best foot / leg and hand / arm massage ever! From the time that I walked into Jask until the time I left, I was pampered to the highest degree! I am definitely coming back and have the same exact treatments booked and maybe more! The reception/ front desk service was also the best I have ever experienced! Thank you for making my appointment so very enjoyable!

Jask has a beautiful serene feel. They are professional, friendly and immaculately clean. Their spa services are excellent. This is my go to place. For hair services, I have had the pleasure of getting my hair done by every stylists over the years, and I have never been disappointed. The head massage when they wash your hair or the foot massage during the pedicure truly dissolve your stress. My hobby is trying spas in all my travel, and I always come back to Jask.

2:45 I received a phone call asking me to move up my 5:15 appointment. As I work, this was not possible (which is why I picked it) Imagine my surprise when I arrive at my appointment (after driving to get there for over 45 minutes) to see a sign on the front door saying there was a power outage. BUT the twinkle lights were lighting up the entrance to the building and the computer screen was visible thru the window. Obviously, there WAS power in the building. And to not even have received a courtesy call to say that they had a power issue, in today's technology of cell phones is just completely disrespectful. Save your time and money - obviously the salon does not value their clients to treat them so badly

I've had nothing but amazing experiences at JASK! Everyone is extremely personable and kind. I've used Pascal as my stylist every time I've visited JASK and he is clearly very experienced and talented. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get an amazing haircut or colour!

Fabulous Salon ♥️ My husband started going here and I loved the way his makeover looked and decided to give it a try. I got my hair cut and styled by Bob and I must say I love the way the textured layers looks on my hair . He did an amazing job and I would recommend him and his Salon to everyone. The place is very neat and clean and they have given the highest importance to creating an ambience and maintaining hygiene standards.😍

I had the hot stone pedicure today with Colleen and it was the best experience I’ve had in Ottawa. Gentle, professional and friendly, Colleen provided a pedicure above and beyond. Treat yourself, especially in the dry winter months. Your whole body mind and soul will be restored!

Absolutely amazing service! This is now my go to Salon! I had a wonderful haircut by Sabina! Sabina was incredible, she listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. She took her time throughout the cut to ensure I was comfortable with the length, and also took the time to style it beautifully. Hands down the best haircut I have ever had! I had such a wonderful experience at JASK! Everyone there is so kind, welcoming and the location is beautiful! I had the absolute pleasure of having Johnny as my stylist. He was so personable, fun and his passion really shines through. He had so much knowledge and talent, which was reflected in the beautiful cut I received (by far the best I’ve ever had!) I had an amazing first experience at Jask this evening! I was immediately greeted by Christina at reception and she was great, readily took my coat and offered me a beverage. Then I met the colourist Bob, he was so nice and really listened to what I wanted while also making sure it would be something that would work for my hair. I am IN LOVE with how my colour turned out and so thankful he took the time to mix colours and achieve what I was hoping for. I finished off my appointment with Ruby, who was absolutely lovely. She washed and dried my hair, and I would honestly book an appointment just for that. The wash was amazing and so relaxing, and the blowout looked absolutely incredible. To top it all off, for the caliber of service provided, the cost was very reasonable! I will 100% be returning for any of my hair needs, thank you everyone for a wonderful experience!

His attention to detail and expertise transformed my daughter’s look exactly as she envisioned. The salon itself is stunning, with a welcoming atmosphere that made out visit enjoyable. Had a great experience at JASK this week. I was frustrated at the typical barbershop haircut experience, and wanted to try something different. Booked a men's haircut with Les and was thoroughly impressed. The whole team is very nice and welcoming, and Les was awesome - great haircut, super comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to any other guys out there looking for a good spot

I decided to treat myself to a hair colour, cut and dry. Bob (owner of the salon) was amazing! I let him choose the colour and cut. Both were perfect.
