Connie is very professional, knowledgeable about all the services she provides. She is kind and friendly throughout the appointment and makes you feel comfortable. She was able to recommend a numbing cream that is very helpful and I am pleased with the product as well. Very happy with the results I get after every visit.

As the year is coming to a close, I wanted to let Connie and Viviana at Spa Olivia know how much they mean to me. I looked into laser treatment many years ago. Information was not readily available and it was not within my financial means at that time. Over the years technology improved and gratefully so did the pricing. Planning for a special event, wearing a dress, shorts or a swimsuit was an event in itself. A hot summer day or last minute invitation either was met with pants or not participating in an activity. I have waxed for many years and even then, that was only a temporary fix.
