    Medical centres like this one makes me wonder why we have medical centres( walk-in clinics). I have visited 3times at "Care Medics" the receptionists (all 3) stared at me in a very rude manner then told me "no doctor, only on Tuesdays afternoon" they were so firm about it. it's almost like they derived pleasure in telling a patient ,"no doctors available" Why is the clinic even open in the first place if there are no doctors? 2mins later, a white male patient comes out from seeing a doctor and another white female patient was asked to go in. And I'm standing there with my mouth wide opened😳 And If I did not no any better, that stare the receptionists gave me was a racists stare. Made me feel sick to have people like that working in a medical centre.

    Advertises as being a walk in clinic. But when I got there I was told there was no doctor till next week! Don't waste your time by going here.

    Figured since it's a walk in clinic it wouldn't be that bad. It was. Hours were 8-4 or something, I Show up before 1pm and the "walk in doctor is gone for the day" but no where online does it say the doctor leaves before the clinic is closed. If there are hours for the clinic and hours for the walk in portion, it should CLEARLY state the right times. I wouldn't even call this a walk in clinic seeing as you can't even walk in and get an appointment!!! They gave me a paper with other walk in clinics and I highly suggest 99 kakulu MED TEAM. Best walk in clinic I've ever been to! Staff at med team are amazing and fast! I guess I should have known better than to go to a walk in clinic at Walmart lol.

    Dr Zareef is the best! She have been my doctor for about 16 years and I never had any complaints about her! Always so kind and attentive, caring and very very helpful! Never had any issues with clinic in general.

    Dr. Zareef has been mine and my family’s doctor for generations and she’s is great and it’s sad that she’s leaving her practice. As for the new doctor have not met her yet! As for the the reception staff… that’s a whole issue. I really hope that this new doctor clears the house and hires new staff. Most of my and my family’s encounters with reception have not been great. They have been rude over the phone and in person, the phone is never picked up (I can understand that it gets busy, but a “sorry for the wait” goes a long way). There is a huge issue with professionalism and confidentiality. When coming in to see the doctor every time reception asks what’s the issue / why are you coming in. Some of these issues are embarrassing and personal and they make you say them out loud in a tiny room infront of other patients. I highly recommend investing in filling out forms to write patient concerns or diagnosis’. Overall, coming to this clinic is just not a great experience. I’m really hoping the new doctor or this clinic’s management does something about the attitude in the office.

    Went in on September 16, 2019 and still no walk-in like advertised and still no physician accepting patients , apparently he left one or two weeks ago, (which I’ve come to find is a complete lie, it’s been months). The front desk receptionist was quite rude and seemed very disorganized and unprofessional. She didn’t even want to update their website, I offered to do it for her for free and she declined. Total lack of professionalism and care for their job. And apparently she’s the head of management there. The only point of reference or information to accountability was the business cards for one Kimberly McDougall. No other information was able to be provided to me to follow up on. I would have loved and wanted to speak to someone in charge of this clinic.

    Once you get an appointment it’s great. The doctors are helpful and service is usually quick but it’s getting an appointment that is the problem. You have to call multiple times sometimes over days just to get a hold of someone to then book an appointment and you can only do it a week in advance which is very difficult to schedule for families. Wish there was an online system to book if they are not able to answer phone calls.
