Irene is an excellent and very caring Hygenist! She had this amazing ability to put my sister at ease and was able to perform a thorough cleaning. (My sister has mid to late stage Alzheimer's.) Prior to this appointment my sister was under the dental care of my dentist. Unfortunately due to her Alzheimers snd poor dental health the dentist refused to offer any further treatment or dental cleaning. We were then told that she would need to be put under in order to have her teeth cleaned. The next stage eoukd be total removal of all her teeth! This was devastating news for us. Fortunately we were told by the nursing staff at my sister's residence about Irene of iSmile. Irene performs her dental procedures right at my sister's residence, in my sister's apartment. No need to take my sister anywhere! We highly recommend this high level of service for seniors in Ottawa. Irene at iSmile has been our answer for my sister's oral care!! Irene is prompt, professional and pleasant! Mom was relaxed during the examination procedure, thanks to Irene’s calming words. Yesterday there was soothing music as well. Overall it looked like Mom was quite comfortable.
