    Rahul is one amazing personal trainer! He listened to my goals and has motivated me to do my best and make it a lifestyle change. I’ve been feeling healthier, happier and the most proactive I’ve been in awhile. He has gone above and beyond with daily check-ins and insuring that I don’t feel like I’m missing out on my favourite foods! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without PFC! HIGHLY recommend!

    Rahul has been by far the best personal trainer I have worked with. He is both professional and cares a lot about his clients and their progress. He does an amazing job at catering each workout to your specific needs and never fails to make sure you make the most of each session. He truly goes above and beyond in making sure you are progressing and even provides personal meal plans to ensure you achieve the most optimal results. He managed to completely transform my body and meet each and every one of my goals in just 8 weeks. I am amazed by his knowledge in training he really is knowledgeable and skilled at his job. Definitely one of the best personal trainers out there.

    I would highly recommend Performance Fitness Canada for anyone looking to get in better shape. Rahul is motivating, personable, funny, and genuinely enjoys his work. He took time to understand my fitness levels and goals before jumping in. He custom designed highly challenging workout regimens—despite the fact that I have no workout equipment in my home—and has modified them regularly as my fitness improves. I feel great after my workouts and I'm sharper at work as well.

    Rahul’s an amazing personal trainer! He does everything he can to help you achieve your goals and he accommodates to all your needs. Rahul brings such good energy to each session. He motivates you and pushes you to your limits. I now look forward to all my workouts. Rahul is also very organized, timely and flexible. I would not be where I am without his hard work.

    Rahul takes a professional and client-centric approach to fitness training. He designed my workout programs with reiterations every 5-6 weeks, developed my nutrition plan based on my bulking/cutting goals and guides me through workouts via zoom. He is always prompt with responding to my questions and takes the time to help me understand how and why certain workout approaches and macronutrient levels help me achieve my goals. Since I've started under Rahul's training and guidance, I've experienced a material difference in my fitness results and increased efficiency in achieving those results.

    I reached out to Performance Fitness Canada hoping that I would be able to find a fitness plan that suits my lifestyle with the goal of weight loss and strength building. After reading many successful reviews, I decided to try a session of mobile in-home training with Rahul. Rahul was confident, motivational and extremely knowledgable in creating a fitness and nutrition plan that worked best for me. Unlike many other trainers, Rahul creates unique, non-repetitive workouts and maintainable dietary plans while working around YOUR schedule. His approach and personality makes training enjoyable, and something to look forward to. In just 8 weeks into training, I saw more weight loss and strength building than ever before. Throughout my training, I experienced a knee injury for which Rahul effortlessly altered workouts without compromising on results. 8 months later, I am able to do exercises I couldn’t imagine doing prior to joining Performance Fitness Canada. My entire lifestyle has changed and I feel like a healthier, more confident individual. I am constantly amazed at Rahul’s energy, his enthusiasm and his commitment to his client’s fitness journeys. His drive to go above and beyond for each client is the reason why he is so successful at what he does. For these reasons, I unreservedly recommend Rahul from Performance Fitness Canada.

    I recently underwent the 2 week program and loved it! Rahul is extremely professional and dedicated. He kept me motivated and accountable over the two weeks and he was prompt to respond to any of my questions. I was able to experience a material difference in my physique by the end of the 2 weeks - safe to say that I would not have been able to achieve the results I did without Rahul's support and guidance. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to get into shape!

    For the past 4 years, I have struggled to maintain a weight that makes me feel confident because of consistent weight loss and gain due to various body changes. In the fall, I felt myself gain weight incredibly fast, and with it went some of my confidence. I felt incredibly discouraged because this weight gain made me feel as though I had no control over my weight fluctuations. It was at this moment, where I started going back to the gym… but I still did not see any weight loss. Around the time of the lockdown after Christmas, I felt more discouraged than ever but realised that I was going to need some help from someone to hold me accountable to my weight/ health goals. Luckily, I saw a promotion post by @performancefitnesscanada on the exact date that I felt the most discouraged. I knew that this was going to be the right choice for me. After just one amazing call with Rahul, I knew that he was serious about giving me a meal and workout plan that was specific to my needs! And let me just say, he exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful that Rahul kept me accountable but also consistently motivated. So far, he has filled the missing pieces of my past short-term attempts to lose weight as this is aimed to see long-term and short-term success. This has been perfect for me especially while the gyms have been closed. I am so grateful for Rahul’s check-ins, patience and motivating voice; they made me actually look forward to my workouts! A month later, I have already reached my monthly weight loss goal, have made workouts part of my weekly routine, and have seen a significant change in some gut issues I had previous to using the meal plan Rahul provided. I am learning to make smarter meal choices that are specific to my needs! I am so grateful for Rahul and his dedication to making sure you are feeling great during this process and your body adjusts just how it needs to! Many thanks to him for not making my goals seem like unachievable ideals. Looking forward to continuing this journey with such a wonderful personal trainer!

    Before COVID, I was extremely active with sports. Though I was always fit, I was never strong. As a result, frequent injury during sports were common. Enter COVID and sports ended; I did all I could myself at home but quickly began to plateau. There is a very real wall you reach with online videos and apps. When I first enlisted Rahul my goals were result driven only, but the more I worked with him the more I came to crave the high from the journey itself. You don’t just gain physical strength, but mental strength for your daily life. When Rahul’s guiding you, 100% effort is extracted in a workout, and you learn to extract 100% in all other aspects of your life too. As a result: I am my strongest, work is easier, injuries ended, diet easy to control, and my confidence now comes not from an arbitrary measurement, but from knowing I am giving it my all.
