    KFC is not what it used to be and this place was no good. Chicken was old and had no seasoning. Even the gravy was watery. It was so odd but definitely not worth the cost. Go to Popeyes KFC is dead to me

    The absolute worst experiences ever at this place! First time was drive through, slow service it’s like they are partying in back. Food well kids liked the chicken burgers and the fries are always so low! This time I went in. No one at drive through window, no one in front. Waited a bit and had to say “hello” for someone to come up from the back. They were 4 back there!! I was hoping to use a 2 can dine coupon but I didn’t know we had to print it. Decided to buy anyways. Got simple order. 2 Big Crunch 1 zinger combo. Another family came in ordered. Got the cups, iced tea out, change drink. 20 minutes later the other family get served then us. 2 fries in 1 bag, 1 in another but I’ve never seen this low of fries !! I asked for them to please fill and I was tossed an old bag of fries that was laying on their counter!! I will call a manager tomorrow or email franchise

    Service was good but food was not. These 4 small peices cost $12. One was less than half of a breast peice. 0 value for money.

    Very disappointed! We will not be returning to this location. This has been our go-to location since moving to orleans. Tonight I waited 30 minutes to order, pay and receive my food. I understand at times there may be a wait of 10-15 minutes, but 30 minutes stuck in a drive-thru is unacceptable. It wasn't busy, 1 car at the window and 1 ahead of me. Food: All the chicken looked like odds and ends. No breast or drum sticks. The chicken is heavily coated with batter, very little chicken. Stuffing was very wet, however the coleslaw, fries and gravy were good.

    80 dollars for a bucket filled with hacked up, dried out pieces of back meat. No thighs and no breasts. The only meal i can think of that might have been worse, would be a pale filled with garbage, but that might have had some flavour, at least Please, good people of earth. Do not give away your hard earned cash to these criminals. If you want food sorry, but KFC no longer sells anything that could be called food.

    so i placed an order on the store last weekend on the website my order through but i noticed i put in the wrong address so i called customer service they said they can put me to the store to get my right address. i called the store to tell them i made a mistake and there response was contact the Uber or skips driver to tell him that my address was wrong. i told them i did not order on skip nor Uber eats then the guy on the phone told me they do not have a way to contact the driver what kind of restaurant does not have the driver contact so basically i lost my food at this point i just want my money back at this point so i call customer service again they said they do not give refunds i will have to call the store to get my money back.i called the store again and the lady i spoke to was not very helpful she gave the phone to he manager he said i will have to email there other manger JUST FOR A REFUND! and hung up on me. I called the store back same lady pick up the phone she said she will call me back up to this day she never called me back i still haven't gotten my money back yet ether .........

    RAW CHICKEN!! Ordered a zinger twister through drive-thru and was told I had to wait in parking lot for my order. 15 minutes later I got my wrap. I got halfway through it and noticed it's completely RAW. Thank you KFC employees, I get to lose a days pay tomorrow and possibly more due to food poisoning.

    Have been going to this location 3 times already, this time I have brought my grand children with me and we couldn't even eat inside, the air conditioning was way way to cold inside the seating area, staff we couldn't even see them who knows we're they were and even leaving the store they were not there either. This is my last time at this location. I do not recommend this location for people who want to bring family members to dine in or even for them selves.

    very good service this time, 2 big pieces not half a piece. i believe they have changed owner not greasy and small chicken pieces like i received in the past. i will return.

    Chicken had a funny taste compared to other locations. Their ice machine wasn’t working and fountain drink machine had no C02 so everything was both warm and flat! Definitely won’t be returning to this location even though it close to home!

    Very very poor customer service. Will not be returning to this location. Asked for the ORIGINAL recipe 18p family meal but yet we got the non original (all crunchy). Is it that difficult to understand the difference between the two? After spending over $100 am not happy, and like pretty much every KFC they simply do not care. My mistake for not checking before I left and having them redo the order. Will never return to that location, so any new owners who decide to purchase this franchise you have a ton of work to do to gain back customers...not worth the investment as the damage has been done.

    I showed up at drive through and sat for 15 minutes no movement. I see an employee come out and puts an empty cardboard box at the entrance of drive thorough. At this point I am stuck car In front car behind. I go in and ask problem he says busy day stay in queue. Not we are swamped please leave. But there is only two customers in store. I told him tell people at least at the drive-through so we can leave. Finally they move cars through and we get to the window and they say 55 minutes. They are doing Uber eats and ignoring the customers. And said we have not been looking at the drive-through so no one was moving anyone and everyone was stuck. When he came out in the first place, he should’ve just told us to leave. When we explain to him, he should’ve told people his answer was well. I’ve been here since 9 AM and we’re busy so we’re not looking at the drive-through. Very bad management and will never return.

    Went to pickup family dinner, 60 dollar later only to discover as I came home that the chicken was completely over fried or it’s been sitting there the whole day. Tried to get a hold of the restaurant no one is answering, had to drive all the way back to get it replaced again. When I arrived the clerk at the counter looked at the chicken and apologize for serving morning chicken. Needless to stay stood around 10 min to cook fresh chicken again and offered me some ice tea while waiting. Manager showed up I explained situation and he apologized. Moral of the story all you do is sell chicken and sometimes when u only serve one product it doesn’t pay to serve morning chicken to dinner clients. I hope they will learn from this experience and I thank them for replacing it but remember if you’re picking up takeout food make sure to check it before leaving the store.

    Yesterday, Sunday July 9, I went in to order a 14 piece bucket, and a large cole slaw and macaroni salad. This was the store on Trim Road in Orleans, Ontario, Canada. I asked the cashier if the chicken was ‘fresh’ and he said it was. The order cost approximately $55. That’s a lot of money. What I got was dried out chicken, every piece. It was disgusting! Colonel Sanders must be turning in his grave. In the 14 pieces there were only 2 legs (dark meat) and NO thighs! The remaining 12 pieces were white meat, but I don’t know what you’d call them. Most of it was inedible being so dry and tasteless. The coating was so hard and dry I was afraid to break my teeth on it! This meal was a birthday dinner and it was terrible! I might as well have burned my $55 for all the good it did me buying your disgusting food. I’ve been reading reviews and the majority of them are really BAD. I think KFC needs a complete revamping! You have lost a customer in me, and judging from the comments, I’m certainly one of MANY dissatisfied clientele. Everything was so bad, I cannot even give you one star for any category.

    Absolutely disgusting. I got two 4 pc meals. Fries chicken and coleslaw.no gravy no drinks. That was my choice for 36 bucks. I wouldn’t mind paying that much if the food was good. The pcs looked like they came off a street pigeon.small and scrawny. It was way over cooked and dried right out. I have given this location multiple chances. I want it to be as good as the KFC on st laurent but sadly not. The guy at the window was polite at least. I sincerely hope this location closes down. These people don’t deserve to make money from this garbage but before it closes there needs to be a gigantic kitchen fire and have it burn to the ground. With nobody inside of course. I don’t want anyone hurt. Maybe the chicken would get cooked properly if it did burn.
