I don’t know what’s happening but it’s not first time no ketchup. You might think it’s trivial thing but for me and family it’s not . When we want to enjoy a meal should have everything with it Not a single piece of ketchup was sent with any of the three meals we ordered . As if they are giving us food as charity , good I had an almost finished bottle at my fridge so my kids could use Please if you need donations MacDonald let your customers know so we can help cause you still number one in French fries taste and Mac chicken so why to waste all that for just ketchup

Waited 15 minutes for a McDouble and a small coffee....lunch rush was way over by the time I got there...staff doesn't seem to care.

Horrible service... I order happy meal breakfast and they forgot hashbown and when I went to grab that they made a big deal... They need to learn customer service and learn how to behave with customers too...

Worste mcdonalds ive been too. Its dirty . Instead of telling me they had no apples they let me pay and just gave me fries so i asked and then they told me they had none and offered me a drink when i just bought a drink .... why do i need 2 drinks ?? Then gave me a bigmac with nothing on it then they through some lettuce in the box and gave it back to me and i had to put together my own burger absolutly unreal......

Black coffee is black coffee. When ordering a black coffee it means no dairy or sugar. I'm not sure what planet the lady working on Saturday August 20th is from but I'm not interested in your opinions about what a black coffee is. She attempted to make a flimsy point that "around here black coffee just means no sugar " or something nonsensical like that. I had to listen to her "correct" the next person in line as well. This may seem trivial but how does someone not know what a black coffee is? The other reason for the low score is that the place is filthy on the weekends, service is slow and they consistently fill coffee to the tippy top. This results in the warm beverage dripping out the sides of the container and a filthy mess. "Around here black coffee doesn't mean that. " Get a grip lady. Figure it out.

Worst experience for food from a McDonald I have ever had. I went through drive thru on way to work which was only 1.5km from where I needed to be. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese combo. The burger was cold( not warm but cold) and the fried were not even editable. At least the drink was fine hit they didn’t give any straw. With prices the way they are right now what a waste of 14 bucks! Not happy even a little bit! At least the service was friendly

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The service was horrible and nearly all the tables were filthy. The food took about 25 minutes, it’s a burger, fries and some nuggets it shouldn’t be so difficult. One girl working was eating as she gave us our food. She was shoving fries in her mouth left and right. Will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Restaurant is not very clean, may be because they don't have enough staffs but they are very nice and polite and work very hard. You may wait for your order for +30 mins during lunchtime.
