I have never been disappointed with Rotten Ronnie fries in my entire life. This was the OG McD’s in Orleans. You would think they would be ok. Fries must have been under the heat lamp for HOURS. They were rock hard no salt. The meals are getting laughably smaller. But who cares when you can’t make the fries. I will never be back

I won't be going back to this location after too many problems. This last time I was ignored at the inner lane of the drive through while they only took orders from the outer lane. After 2 cars that were behind me ordered first and went ahead of me, I got fed up and went inside to order and although I paid for a McCrispy Bacon Ranch I got some other chicken sandwich with no bacon.

The service was fast but the food was utterly shameful. I've not had a BigMac for a while and what I was given was pathetic for the price. Talk about shrinkflation while still raising the price. I literally couldn't believe how small they are while still having the utter nerve to be called a BigMac"! The "crispy" chicken wrap was anemic and really far from crispy.

Waited 30 minutes curbside finally went in they couldnt see my order but it was charged to my account with the MCD app

Do not go to this Orleans location unless you have time to burn if they forget about your order. This is the second time I’ve gone here and waited a more than normal amount of time for McDonald’s, and had to ask where my food was as I noticed the 4 people who ordered well after me were getting their food. It turns out, the first time they forgot about my order and the second time someone was trying to find my burger… I had to ask multiple employees for help before getting it. The first one just said “IDK” without relaying to her coworkers to ask about the food. The next employee who came close to the counter actually asked their coworkers when I asked if my order was ready because it had been 18min if waiting.

I ordered 10p nugget meal, McDouble dressed as mac and a McChicken sandwich. I was asked to pull up to the parking spot to wait for my order. Waited over 10 minutes, while they served 7 other cars. Food was all cold, fries were half filled and the lettuce was brown. $30 for cold food, seems as though every time I order from this location the food is cold or missing items. Girl who served the food to the car said they are understaffed. She was friendly.

I came during the busy dinner rush, so they were a tad slow at serving orders, but it wasn't too terrible. What was more surprising, though, is that they renovated less than a year ago, but the air smelled like urine. 🤢

I have to say this is the worst McDonalds in Ottawa! I live very close to this location and once in a while I do come here only for that reason, I usually travel to 10th line or Trim. Staff always look mad and never smile. Fries are rarely hot, pay money for Mac sauce and it’s not even filled (not like other Mac ds). They have kids as management and I’m sitting watching how they just walk around laughing with employees. Restaurant tables dirty. I’ve been complaining about the coke taste for a while now and it’s the same taste every time. I believe that you should bring the management team from Innes Rd and Blair Rd here to straighten everything out!

I called them to let them know uber eats was there and they had been there for 15 minutes. The girl said we are processing the order and hung up on me while I was saying thank you and good bye. She hung up before I even full said thank you. That was harsh.

Food was great and was served by smiling and polite staff! Only reason the 2 stars on atmosphere is because even after eating in a perfectly clean store and perfectly clean washroom I was with my 3 year old daughter who tends to avoid climbing to high in the play area. This is where the issue becomes apparent, not only has the play structure been reduced in size and some of the fun things like the ball pit not being returned even tho covid restrictions has long been removed (in case that's why it was originally removed) the toddler area consists of two things first was a plastic chair like item that she didn't mind sitting in, but then when you turn the corner of what is already a very small space for toddlers well I think the picture attached speaks for itself. Not much of a play zone for toddlers.... basically, the toddler zone has nothing for them to do. She entered excited for what awaits and left let down that the promise for a fun time at Mc Donald's was reduced to some questionable shape object that's sealed to the floor and a chair. Update the playroom and I'll change my rating. Till then I only can recommend parents to not hype up their kids about the play room cause they will be let down. For a store with such amazing cleaning and staff deserving of a reward this should be look at and fixed by head office asap.

I have never been to a McDonald's in the United States that could put together a burger that looked like what you got on the menu. To those working on the night of May 22nd 2023 up here in Canada, My hats off to you. My burger was not slapped together, nor was it over sauced. It was neatly put together, well presented the way it should be. Perfect ratio and placement of condiments and toppings. Night shift is doing it right.

Today is our wedding day We pre-Order on line to get a faster service. Well the experience today was bad They couldn’t find our order inside the restaurant was told by the manager after 45 min waiting inside to be told to go back outside to back in the drive trough To be told by the same manager that they can’t find my order After 1 hrs still no food

Food quality here is better for lunch & dinner in my opinion than it is for breakfast. The hash browns had a black color on the potatoes 🥔 last time I ate here.
