I was excited to try a hair salon with good reviews and finally be satisfied after a simple trim but alas. Looks like the job was done with kitchen scissors. Not much else to say:/ I was seen by Ruba.

Got a blowout done by Don and absolutely loved it! The place is nice, with very good service, including a nice drink to warm you up. Don was patient, attentive, professional, and did a beautiful job. Would definitely return for his excellent work. Thank you!

My bridesmaids, mothers and I got our nails done here before my wedding. We had such a wonderful experience, the staff took such great care of us and were very friendly. We all loved our nails and they looked fantastic! I got bio-gel nails for the first time and was so happy with my choice. They are super durable and lasted not only for the wedding, but also our honeymoon which was amazing.

I’ve been getting my hair done here for years with Jackie, she makes my hair look fantastic. Today they had to reschedule me as Jackie had to be off. I saw Jenna and she did a beautiful job on my full highlights and cut. I was worried seeing a new stylist but I should have know Carte Blanche has an amazing team.

I had another great pedicure with Melissa! She is friendly and professional, and she makes my nails look great! Also nice to treat myself to a little mimosa 🍹

After being told by 2 hairdressers in 2 different salons that I could absolutely not go back to blonde after professional died my hair hair red and then brown, after 2 appointments with Roy my hair is a beautiful healthy blonde!!!! So happy! Love the salon too, so professional and friendly! Cannot recommend Carte Blanche and Roy enough!

The salon is lovely, and the entire team makes you feel special. Emily is very attentive and talented! She has a strong knowledge of colour treatments and other hair care. She always makes sure I am comfortable, and styles my hair beautifully. I can usually get an appointment at a reasonable time, and even at short notice. Thank you! I will call again!

So I’m new to the area and wanted to find a reputable salon as I have had the same hair salon for over 30 years. She advised me this stylist was over 20 years in the business and was really good. So to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Over 70.00 for a haircut and style etc and he barely cut my hair, had to ask again about the bangs as this was the reason I needed a cut. Uneven , didn’t ask me how I wore it . Actually a waste of money and have never been so upset leaving a salon. Never going there again!

I rarely take time to do reviews. But I had to express how impressed I was with Emily. I was told that she was great with colour correction. They weren’t kidding. I went to her with a messed up Balayage and came out very happy with the results of the colour correction. Right away I noticed how professional she was. She calmed my anxiety about my hair being damaged and reassured me that she cared about the integrity of my hair. Her experience in foil placement so that my hair would turn out looking more natural was evident as I watched what she was doing. Would highly recommend her and Carte Blanche. Many times I’ve walked out of a salon with buyers remorse paying high prices and not walking out happy….not here. I felt I actually got what I paid for. Thanks Emily.

I can’t thank Roy Jouni enough for taking the time to fit me and my daughter in for our mommy and me date. My daughter had been extremely nervous to cut her hair, but all of the staff was amazing. Everyone made her feel welcomed and apart of the process. Carte Blanche truly went above and beyond to make my daughters first hair experience so special, from Shirley temples to a relaxing scalp massage. We both left feeling so pampered and I will always recommend Carte Blanche services.
