This is my first time to A&W. It was a great experience. It seems they have gone the extra mile and are beating the competition hands down. Impressive restaurant style service and great food. Was not expecting this and was nicely surprised at the great touches on the eating experience. Somebody at A&W is very focused on the customer, and it really showed at this restaurant. It's great to see old school customer satisfaction working. Great staff, hot food, and amazing service, many thanks to all.

When the order clearly says spicy dill and a momma and they give you two mammas...not even extra dills on the mamma...you had one job!

Really honestly, this is the best A&W I’ve ever been to. The food is amazingly fresh hot and the girls are also very nice. My only issue is that the size of the food, it’s shrinkflation! My buffalo chicken sandwich looked like it was from the kids menu.

This place was stellar in the past. Something changed. Perhaps it is just one bad apple. Most employees there are Filipinos. The ones I saw and great work ethic, a team spirit and fostered a sense of pride. The district manager, years ago, told me this was his flagship. I think he should come back.

My expectations for A&W are usually minimal, fast food... but omg I had the best burger root beer and onion rings at this location. The staff were great and it felt like a meal at a regular restaurant not "fast food" Well done 👏

Hey me and my team were filming at a location nearby and this was the closest spot. Initially I was hoping for something else but when we got to the A&W I like the design on the outside and once we got inside it was quite clean. For a lunch that took place during peak time I thought we were able to get her food fairly quickly and the service was great. I would definitely revisit this location as I felt that it was one of the better A&W I’ve ever been to.

went through the drive through, and ordered but the employee was not familiar with the menu and was asking me what I was ordering and what category it would be under for him to select it. I read the category that it was under on the menu but it was not what he was looking for. It’s a little frustrating that the staff was not familiar with the menu and system but the drinks in the end were very good, however the onion rings were not seasoned evenly there were a few that were coated completely (almost too salty to eat) and there were a few with no seasoning at all.

Breakfast is sent hot and fresh with all the items. It’s amazing how many places send pancakes without syrup. Well done.

Idk , off vibes inside, tims staff are better then these folks to me anyways, everyone’s different with different experiences. Also missing items. Don’t understand how that happens. I’ve worked in fast food.

First time at this location while waiting for some car repairs to be done. The spicy habanero chicken burger was delicious and the onions rings were fresh. Drooooool... First time getting root beer in a frosted mug since this was probably my first time dining in at a a&w. Service was fast and friendly. Got my order less than 2 minutes after ordering. Will be back if I ever have to wait for car repairs again, lol!

A&W is a delightful spot with their tasty Chipotle sauce that adds a flavorful kick to their burgers and fries. Their signature Root Beer is a classic favorite. While it's generally a satisfying meal, some minor improvements in service could make the experience even better. Overall, a solid 4-star rating!
