This KFC gives bigger chicken pieces. The spicy chicken pieces are really good. They are tangy and not overly spicy. Very delicious. The fries are good. The portion is generous. The kids love both the macaroni salad and the potato salad. Gravy is a bit water-down. The guy st the cash must be new. He’s very slow. The gal who cooks at the back is very competent.

The worst BY FAR fast food experience I've ever had. Multiple mistakes in the order. Not getting things I paid for and all the food was stone cold and dried out beyond belief. Absolute garbage place!

(Merivale Branch) Staff at the kitchen took so long to make the order. The waiting area was flooded already by other waiting customers. They’re eating while chitchatting on each other. We even saw one of the staff trying to get something on his nose while preparing the order 🤮 My order is just a classic/original burger and so disappointing. Twas Too small unlike on the advertise board menu, its like twice the size of a macaroon and the veggie was spread even on the paper cover.

I am concerned about the service this restaurant is providing ordered a meal and always taking extra time. I was there the other day to get chicken and makes me wait for 20-30 minutes. This place should speed up the service. Restaurant is always full of delivery couriers, have to go same wait time for everyone. Toxic atmosphere

The food was disgusting .I ordered the 4 piece snack box deal with fries and popcorn chicken.I was given 1 leg with 3 small wings saturated in grease.It was disgusting.I asked the cashier for a cup of ice....I'm sorry I need to charge you the regular size of a pop thats what we have been told...Like really what the heck...Its a cup with ice in it????? So unimpressed with my meal.

I loved it. The food was superb and service was great! My bestfriend's boyfriend came out as gay to my parents when we went and everyone was accommodating! Great place!

We ordered 2 18 pc buckets with the sides. The pieces were basically split in half to make up the total amount. Some of the pieces were the garbage parts of the chicken. The sides were 3/4 filled. What a disappointment.

I bought three bucket sliders and a large popcorn a few minutes ago but to my surprise, they forgot to put my fries for the three sliders. I paid 6$ each and all I got was a tiny slider probably worth 2$. Not busy at all! I was the only customer but how come they couldn’t do their job properly?! I was trying to call them but no one answers. Wow what a perfect night!

I ordered from skip and my order was missing the large fries and the popcorn chicken wasn't a large. Called and the manager answered and when I explained he just hung up on me. Completely unacceptable. Shame on you. Will be contacting your DM.

I went to 1556 Merivale Rd. and I bough 20 piece and when I arrived home , there was missing 1 piece and the FF was not full also I ask theme I don't like gravy ,if they can change it to some thing else , they said no with very bad attitude. Big zero for their customer service . The Maneger is rude please don't go there
