Clothes are nice, great deals, but the store assumes that every customer is a shoplifter. I was followed around the whole time (25 mins) by 2 Associates, and was constantly asked if "everything is okay" (aka, can you please confirm with us for the 10th time that you're not a criminal). Maybe this store has a history of shoplifting, but the worst thing a business can do is forget about the customer experience. I don't blame the Associates at all for doing what they did. This type of thing is always passed down by upper management, and they need to do a better job. To the upper management who are reading this, fostering a frustrating environment for your Associates and customers is the best way to decrease loyal customers and increase turnover rates. i dont know if its because they're bored out fo their minds cause they have max 4 customers, but i spent about max 10 minutes in there because he one employee followed me around the entire store. she never approached me, but she was always 2 feet away just tailing behind. besides that the store has nice discounts and is always clean.

I bought one shirt when i was in tanger outlet and the other at this location. I found out that they were small for the person i bought them for , so a 1 hr away from my mom’s flight i went to exchange them. It was an change from Large to XLarge. Both were $39.50 so i didn’t bring any cash or card. They told me the one i want is pricier because of different deals, understandable. I told them however that i did not bring my card but i can send them the $3.58 difference on interac and they can block the number or email after if they want (for security purposes). The employee accepted but the racist supervisor said No that it’s impossible only after she saw who i was. Before she was okay with it. I asked her the reason why she can’t accept her employee to be sent the $3 and pay for it since there’s no harm in it and i live far away i can’t go get my cards. I did not want to make my mom miss her flight so i had to take the small one i bought. Very racist supervisor, at least try to hide it next time. You can’t say yes at first and change your answer after you’ve seen me. You are unprofessional and don’t deserve the position you’re in.

Good place to shop clothes. Clean and tidy. And a lot of discounts. Finally, people are nice and helpful especially a lady called Lamya who was managing the fitting room. Will definitely come back to shop there.

Only 2 or 3 stuffs in the store, and no one supervises the fitting room. the fitting room even does not have locker. Excuse me? How do I know if someone inside?

If there was 0 star I would rate it for this branch. Most of the staff are welcoming except "an old woman" who looks like the manager of the branch. She is extremely rude, does not give a chance to hear what you wan. I was talking to her and suddenly left and walled away. Horrible customer service. The only reason I'm not going back to this branch is the woman.

Had the best experience shopping for clothes for my son. When I needed help, a sales associate named Peter went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. Would definitely shop there again!

Such a great shopping experience at this location! Really appreciated the help from the amazing staff, which included a kind young man named Peter who was more than happy to answer all my questions and give suggestions, as well as guide me through the amazing deals and sales they had going on.
