My experience at Horizons Dental Care has been excellent, since the reception to the consultation with Dr. Gustavo. The whole team treated me with care and attention which I really appreciate. I recommend them to anyone in Ottawa!

I was so pleased and happy to be treated with the talented people at the Horizons Dental Care. Dr. Gustavo, Gabby and Suru made me feel comfortable and the 2 hours appointment felt like only 10 minutes. The clinic itself was perfectly maintained with all hygiene protocol in place. The background music in the clinic gave me a sense of relaxation…what a cool place to be for the treatment!

The team at Horizons Dental Care is great. I recently started a crown replacement treatment with them, and Dr Gustavo has been super nice and caring. During my last appointment both him and the assistant stopped multiple times during the procedure to ask if I was doing fine and if I needed to take a little break.. They kept asking if I was feeling any pain or discomfort, and kept me informed of what they were doing and why. I've also been doing my cleanings with them and always had a good experience with the hygienists. Karol at the reception is also great and is always willing to help and promptly answer any questions I have about procedures/payment/insurance, etc. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gustavo and his team. In less than an hour, they did all the necessary tests, X-rays, a dental restoration and got home with a problem solved. The whole procedure was painless and I had all the necessary information. I highly recommend the clinic and I am very relieved to have already found a great dentist in the city for myself!

Amazing service - Horizons Dental Care goes out of their way to ensure customers are happy. I had a wisdom tooth surgery booked with Horizons Dental Care and the surgeon had to cancel our appointment. Due to me already having been approved for the time off work it was complicated - The team at Horizon Dental care and Dr. Gustavo were able to find a replacement dental surgeon for me last minute. This dental office deserves 5 stars for their customer service and friendly staff.
