Great pizza! We were here for the airplane museum and came out to find a quick bite. Tried it once by chance now I'm driving 10km from our hotel just to have it again. Had the pepperoni & bacon and truly is a match made in heaven! The service too! Super nice friendly staff, definitely will come back if I'm ever in the region again!

Horrible experience. Extremely rude and incompetent staff. Was a loyal customer for over 10 years but never again will I order from here again. I ordered the game night special deal if Ottawa senators or Toronto raptors play on the day of and today (the raptors are playing on May 1st 2018) was on a flyer dropped at my apartment building. When I called to place the order for delivery and told them I want the game night special which I had to explain what it included and how much it cost because the employee had no idea what I was talking about which is fine but then right after I was told apparently the number I dialled which is the number on the flyer is the wrong store, so I told him I’m going to hang up and dial the same number and for some magical reason the “wrong store” answered again. Right off the back it seemed like they really didn’t want to give this deal which is extremely odd since they’re advertising it on their flyers. What really upset me was when the driver came and I showed him the flyer he said that if he finds out we’re ripping him off he’s gonna put a tab on my number and address. Since when does a restaurant or the driver ever threaten their customers with tabs and even after showing proof make extremely rude remarks to their customers. Also the delivery took 70 minutes, the pizza and wings were cold and when I called to ask what was taking so long he told me the driver had an order to downtown so he went there first then will come to you after. Our location is in between the store and downtown...

Love their pizza ! The crust is amazing ! I love the sauce and everything else ! Great service with a smile ! The place is clean with lots of free parking ! I really love this place !

Have you ever wanted to eat at In-N-Out? I am a California person born and bred, my family has seen the creation and rise of In-N-Out; one might even say it's in our blood- our life essence. Now, I moved to Ottawa ~4 years ago, and no burger has quite scratched that itch. But lo and behold, at 10:45 p.m. I'm hungry, I'm wanting a burger, and I'm craving In-N-Out.... I get a cheeseburger from Bobbies, and I'll be honest. My first bite? I cried. It was like that scene in Ratatouille where Aton Ego has a flashback to his childhood. It was delicious, it was the only burger I have eaten in my 23 years of life that is on par with In-N-Out (the highest praise I could give someone aside from a Golden Medal of Honor). Please, if you are ever in the area- or if you aren't make the trek to eat here. It's divine.

Bobbies makes great pizza. Local fresh fast and tasty. Fresh garlic sauce thats homemade and delicious for dipping. Great price to feed a bunch or a few. Not much space to eat but the owner and staff are genial.

Finally a fantastic pizza that uses real cheese unlike the other pizza locations that mix cellulose with their cheese. The Bobby's favourite thin crust well done is to die for. I pick up the pizza and drive an hour and a half to bring it home so my family can enjoy it. There are no longer a lot of pizza joints that use quality toppings and "real cheese" without cellulose fillings. Bobby's use a mix of mozzarella and brick which they grate themselves. You can tell what quality of cheese a pizza joint uses by the "warming up factor" of the next day leftovers, that's if they haven't been snagged up the night before. I love popping in to place a live order and I get to see the guys make the pizza and we get to chat. It's always a good day when I have my "favorite" pizza, and that's how I order it too. By the way, there are some scammers placing bad false reviews about this pizza joint, this is a real review . Come and taste a great pizza, you will not be disappointed.

Just finished my pepperoni sub from Bobbie’s, it was delicious. Good portion, amazing and friendly customer service and the homemade garlic sauce is heavenly. Will definitely come back!

Horrible experience!!!… It has a terrible experience happened today with the restaurant staff. When I enter into the store ,first they try to judge me. They think that I can’t made up my payment for their cheap food. Still I ignored and ordered a food and gave the payment but their behaviour was same. I think, they should learn about customer service skills. I ended up with the greeting and decided to never visit that store again. They don’t deserve single star rating as well.

I have been a customer of Bobbies since the 80's and they have never let us down. Just recently my mom took a terrible fall on her way home from Gloucester Center and a delivery driver from Bobbies stopped and checked on her, asked if she needed to go to the hospital and he made sure she got home safely. I can't express enough how much I appreciate Bobbies, both for the food and their amazing employees! Thank you so much to that driver!
