    Simply awful!! Shorter us a coffee..tea that was supposed to be 3x3 was black! Sandwiches were an app 2 for deal that were activated but were charged full price.so glad we asked for a receipt! English muffin sandwiches were stone cold. Muffins were fridge cold and sandwich itself was room temp at best. Wrap was a disaster..have not opened the 2nd one yet. in an order of 4 sandwiches; 3 coffees and 2 tea and a box of tidbits.. I would have expected a little more attention to detail. I get they are busy but that's not a good reason to serve garbage. We would gladly have waited.

    I usually have no problems coming here, however the girl working the drive through was incredibly rude to my boyfriend and I when we were coming through last Friday afternoon. We ordered two ice caps, and when we got to the window she only handed us one. We told her that we ordered two, to which she replied “well I’m only giving you one.” Most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced…

    The food was standard Tim's fare. The doughnut was excellent and the sandwich was subpar. This review is more about service, which I don't usually care about too much, but in a way the point of fast food is to get quick efficient service. There were about ten employees milling around behind the counter. After a wait my order got called out and I was given a bag that I thought had my entire order. Nope, just the sandwiches, no doughnut. I thought they had forgotten it. After trying to get an employees attention at the counter for a few minutes they suddenly announced my doughnut. Others in my group got wrong items and the wait was quite long for the amount of employees present. I overheard another lady telling her friend that the employees wouldn't fix her wrong order because it was her fault somehow. To be fair they seemed to be doing some training and the drive through may have been slammed, but it still seemed like pretty bad management overall. Probably not the best place to go if you are in a hurry.

    Terrible place. Never coming back here again! 10 minutes wait in drive thru, worker refuses to serve us because we asked for 2 orders as there's 5 people in the car... They force us to come inside, 20 mins for order to get ready! We got for 5 people, we asked for a cup of water as we were leaving. They requested money for the water with a smirk! Oh and the quality of food / prep...

    We paid for two barbecue chicken meals. Then they told us there was no crispy chicken, then they told us there was no BBQ sauce. We received meals that had no similarity to what we ordered and when we tried to eat them the slow cooked chicken they put in instead didnt taste like chicken, it was overcooked and tasteless. Surprisingly bad. We had to throw them out (so we've lost $20) and go to Macdonalds

    Been coming here every morning for 3 years. Today I discovered this location has decided they don't need to carry sesame bagles anymore. Also that little manager you have in there is super rude and mean to all her employees. Lost my business. I'll be going to the Blair location from now on. Reply to owner: what's general support supposed to do? You no longer carry the bagle I buy and have thus lost my business. Pretty cut and dry.

    I didn't get my donut even tho I poked it on the machine. The lady behind the desk was also incredibly rude. Learned she was the manager from a customer. I will not be returning.

    thought i would write a review beacuse out of all the Tim's around my area, this seems to be the only one with good tasting coffee. im not saying its always good because no tim hortons anywhere in the city has a perfect record for good tasting coffee, there always something at some point wrong with your Java. however, 9 out of 10 its good here....better then 5 out of 10....also i should note that i mostly come here late at night so maybe that is why it seems to be better but i do occasionally come here during the day and i stand by my rating.

    Picked up breakfast Tim breakfast on sausage sandwiches for me and my family. My brother ate his sandwich first and he was chocking and coughing Later I picked my sandwich and after my second bite i was chocking ad well had to threw up. It’s no coincidence. Now I feel my throat and tummy burning. Never happened to me before. The service was fast but the food was horrible can cause someone to die I am assuming one of the worker is adding extra spices or extra amount of pepper on the sandwiches or there is something wrong with your beef patty at this location I am not giving the remaining sandwiches to my kids. What a waist of money.

    I don’t think there’s much needed to say. This was in my ice cap; because of how opaque an ice cap is (and because I don’t expect to have to check for bugs whenever I purchase a drink), I didn’t notice it until I had drank from it. When I went back to their location they only gave me $5 as compensation. We contacted Tim’s Corporate and they did nothing either.
