I have been a customer for more than 20 years. Always thought their food tasted very fresh. This year - 2020 - I noticed the quality dropped, but kept ordering. Today after spending more than $100 I was disgusted by the quality. The crispy beef was obviously old and heat up in a microwave - cold, hard and rubbery. The general Tao chicken didn’t even taste like chicken. I let them know they lost a customer of 20 years. Do not cut corners, your customers will know. I would rather be told my food will be ready for pick up in 1 hour instead of 30 minutes if the food will be fresh.

The Szechuan noodles were really quite bad. The General Tsao's was good, but not enough to boost the review to a three or four.

Never ever disappointed in Jumbo Chinese for over 20 years! Love the lemon chicken and spicy crispy beef! Everything everytime is a win.

This has been a favourite ever since I moved to Blackburn in 2011. I took a break for a while because the food was getting overly oily, but since the pandemic I tried it again and WOW. The quality is always perfect now and so delicious. Also appreciate the good service and hard work while they experience heavier demands due to the massive power outages after the storm. Today's choices were Singapore noodles (the best I've ever tasted) and sweet and sour pork. Fantastic!

Absolutely delicious food! We ordered quite a few items for our group. The Shanghai noodles, tom yum, dumplings, fried rice, egg rolls. Just delicious. Every dish was delicious.

Everything is amazing and with huge portions, chicken balls have enormous pieces of quality white chicken breast with the best red sauce, garlic spare ribs are amazing again with the best sauce, and fried rice is so fresh and tasty it really is in a class all on its own. We love this place... honestly, they must love their customers even more!

Stopped there to pick up some take out for lunch, was working in that area. Order lemon chicken, paid 18+ dollars, and i have to say , the most flavourless, no salt no seasoning , just lots of sticky lemon sauce that too didn’t have much taste to it. I was starving at the time, so you can imagine anything slightly ok would have satisfied the hunger … but I couldn’t take more than few bites. Steamed rice alone tasted better than the dish itself… you can do comparison now. I will take a long break from cantonese food after this i think, the memory of disappointing taste will stay for a while.

Consistently delicious. Good portion sizes with the combos and typically ready in 15-20min when ordering after 7pm.

Always great food and great service at a reasonable price.
