I was very disappointed for the second time now of going to this Tim’s location. The first time I went I ordered a bacon, egg, lettuce & tomato English muffin breakfast sandwich and when I got to work I discovered there was not bacon on my sandwich. I was not happy. I was at work then and I can’t go back and have it remade. Today I went and ordered the same thing and I got a very tiny piece of lettuce and the equivalent to half a slice of bacon. See photo below. McDonalds is far more generous in making the same sandwich by giving you 2 full slices of bacon making the sandwich more worth the money. This Tim’s at 1494 Cyrville Rd, in the Circle K is definitely more convenient for me in the morning. But I will definitely drive a little further in order to get value for my money. The sandwiches at Tim’s are not worth the money that you pay. Things are expensive now and I believe that businesses should provide value in order to keep business.

I got there at 9:30 PM, so there were not many donuts left, but the honey Timbits I could get were tasty and fresh. I think it’s preferable to limit food waste so no complaints about the lack of variety at that time of the day. Just an FYI. The digital tablets to order are always a bonus in my book. I got an espresso, it was good and reasonably priced. However the employee who prepared it appeared to get something on their hand (sugar residue?) while preparing it and they shook it IN my coffee. That was so weird, and probably unhygienic.

I recently visited Tim Hortons, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. As a fan of their steeped tea and honey cruller, I always look forward to my visits, and this time was no exception. It's always a pleasure to enjoy my tea and pastry in a clean and well-kept space. I truly appreciate Tim Hortons for consistently delivering a great experience. From their delicious menu items to the friendly and efficient service, it's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction. Whether you're a coffee lover or a fan of their baked goods, Tim Hortons is a reliable choice. I highly recommend paying a visit to experience their exceptional steeped tea, delectable honey cruller, friendly staff, and clean establishment.

Never have the items on menu. Third time I go there to get the rice chicken bowl...they never have rice. Don't even know why it's on the menu.

Went there at 1215 pm drive through full 15 people waiting to be served inside only one cash !!!!!!!!!!!!! Hire more staff

Make sure when you’re leaving with your coffee, A) they make the correct one B) when you have to argue with the server that the lid marked TT, does not convince you it’s a double double you get the coffee remade properly. After conversing with this individual whom I watched make the incorrect coffee prior to putting a lid on also proceed to tell me that I leave with that or nothing at all. Great service. Obviously as soon as I went to take a sip, it’s the wrong order. Like I had made aware. First and last time will be to this Tim Hortons. Best luck to anyone else.

It is a lovely little Tim Hortons. It was tea, coffee and some bagels and muffins, not much. But it is conveniently located on gas station and had a washroom. There is no place to sit there. It would be cool to have more food there. Last time I went there, I was standing in front of a cashier place and no one was there to serve me. I had to wait 8 minutes and later a big young dude leisurely went out of washroom and made my tea.

I paid using the mobile app. they could not make the sandwich I ordered and literally just took my money. I need to contact cooperate Tim Hortons for a 10$ refund. The manager called me this the next day with no solution other then to come back to the tim hortons nowhere near my house for the order I originally purchased.

Very disappointing, waited for 5 mins, need to ring bell it seems, rang it multiple times but no one at the counter. Tim Hortons is quick service I believe, I cannot wait for ages to get a cup of coffee.

I used to come here multiple times a week. They never have enough product (breakfast buiscuits, bacon/sausage) in the mornings and run out by 8am. They do not carry iced coffee and other "specialty" drinks No selection in their baked good ( Only 2 different types of Timbits, really??) But the worst part about this establishment is just how understaffed they are on the weekends. I've had to wait way too long for my order to be completed while the single staff member visible ran around trying to fill the multiple coffee orders that came after mine. The coffee still tastes like tims so you get a 2/5.
