Gluten free almost everything. Dedicate fryers, seperate grill, clean gloves, the works. Come here for gluten free Poutine or GF snacks.

I've tried many menu items and each was delicious and high quality. Patty Melt is my favorite: I go out of my way to enjoy one anytime I can. They also have a lot of items listed as Vegan and Gluten-free, I don't have any dietary restrictions but Ive tried some and they taste great!

TFT is making keto easy. Great poutine! Fries aren't the crispiest, but that happens with all turnip fries, so to be expected. 🍟Keto fries 🍟are only offered on Fridays. Gravy and cheese is great and generous portions. Higher price for food truck probably, but you get what you pay for, and this food is worth it. By the way; their buns are all homemade keto too! I have celiac disease (gluten free) and my gf is vegetarian. This place is amazing for both of us. So many yummy options and I didn’t get sick! Will be back. Probably a good thing it’s not super close to me 😂 Haven’t had a pogo in so long! Love the mozzarella sticks too, such a treat.

The very Best Keto, Vegan, Gluten Free food truck ever! But do not worry there are plenty of tasty options for everyone. The TFT Burger is my favourite, the poutine is some of the best in town. Super friendly and helpful staff. They're always adding innovative items to their menu, if you get the chance this food truck in Orleans is a must try! 5/5 Stars I'll be back very soon.

Amazing!!! My husband has serious food allergies. This place is amazing. The care they took to make sure his food was safe for him. A lot of gluten free options. Even my gluten and meat eating children loved the food. My preteen said it was the best poutine ever.

Great keto options. Note that the keto poutine is only available on Fridays. I expected the keto burger to be topped with an Unbun, but to my surprise, looks like they make their own (I personally find the Unbuns too dense). Theirs was fluffy and light

I’ve been wanting to try this place out and had some free time today. I stoped in to try them out and I’m glad I did!!! I had the garlic chicken parmigiana on a bun and wow, amazing 🤩. I also had their homemade cheese sticks and deep fried pickles also amazing!!!! Highly recommended this food truck if you’re in the area or not, it’s worth checking out 💯to the young two lady’s that served me keep up the great work and amazing food

I have not had a pogo(and or corn dog) in over 6 years since being vegetarian then becoming vegan. Today my bro surprised me and got me one of their vegan corn dogs. 😱 I'm sad I know about these now lol it was SO delicious( sad because I don't want to over indulge) Their homemade breading was fantastic and the veggie dog yummy. The first bite was everything I remembered and wanted it to be. I will most definitely be ordering that again. Thank you for offering delicious vegan options of old faves.

The food is delicious and they offer so many options for people with different dietary restrictions. The owners are incredibly nice and caring when taking orders to ensure nothing is forgotten or if any allergies need to be taken into consideration. You can tell they put lots of effort into their business by making everything in house and the quality of the food. Great place all around:)

One of my coworkers was telling me how good the food is here, so I visited this afternoon for the first time, but it certainly won't be the last. I got the veggie black bean burger and some fries and both were amazingly delicious. The service was wonderful and there's lots of parking. Impressive. Keep up the great work, ladies! 5 stars all around.
