Staff were friendly , counter was clean , bowl and burrito were delicious , prices very reasonable . However the eating area was very dirty and it was still the beginning of the day around 1 PM.

Mucho Burrito is awesome, and this is a great location. I even viewed the other reviews and any negative review the owner has taken the time to respond and try to make things right, that is not common to see in many food chains nowadays. Personally, I just got out of there, and the guy wasnt chinsey with ingrediants at all (see photo). Everything looked fresh and the place was clean. I really had nothing bad to say at all, and definitly recommend trying it. Only downside, I'm too full now. :)

The food is awesome, it is kind of unique that it’s not exactly all that Mexican but has a lot of the characteristics of Chipotle and the like. Their prices are not the cheapest but the food is worth it as it is freshly cooked and flavourful. The staff has been friendly over the last two years and their website has all the nutritional information data needed to know what you are eating exactly. The hot salsa here is amazing and the fresh veggies are pretty good. Always go for the Carne Asada. Also, the guacamole is not the best with the chips, stick to it in a burrito and have queso and mix it with hot sauce... magical stuff.

Mucho Burrito is my go-to for fresh and delicious burritoes. I really enjoy the pork carnita ones in particular. Everyone is always really friendly and the food is very satisfying. The veggies are so fresh. While I agree that sometimes the tables arent cleared during busy times, I dont think this is very unusual for a fast food place. I will keep coming here and continue to support a wonderful business.

Good portions. The mucho burrito is huge and can easily feed two. Both Chicken and Veg burritos tasted good. No brianer, very Good place. The lady who made the burritos was so friendly and patient.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Portions were horrible and so small, my burrito bowl had barely anything i had to go home and add my own ingredients. The wanted to charge me extra because i asked for a little extra lettuce. Like who does that? It was 50$ for 2 burritos and a bowl, thats no even affordable in this day and age. They put no toppings on our burritos and bowl. The staff was rude and rushing not even paying attention. They put random toppings we didn't even want on them. We told them not to put it on and they didnt care at all.

Excellent quesadillas here. Food quality was great, staff and owner were all very nice as well. Highly recommend!

Food & Portion were good. I was really disappointed that there was no clean table to eat at and when I used the restroom It was absolutely discusting by how dirt it was. Can’t imagine the kitchen now…

By far the worst mucho in Ottawa. The portions they give are HORRIBLE. They are incredibly cheap with how much they give to the point my burrito bowl is barely half full. They need to fix this as it’s been a common thing with this location.
