Update May 24 at 9:15 am I bought a large order including Tim Bits, donuts, coffee and a steak and egg on a English muffin. I just got home and there is no steak and egg on a English muffin!! How incredibly ANNOYING!! I’m taking away all my stars for that!! Also don’t bother calling the store as they don’t answer the phone. …. Delicious steak and egg English muffin with bacon ($8.60 + sm coffee) Tables need to be wiped off for customers to eat before the barely dirty floor is moped!

Not very good service through the drive through. Ordered a chicken wrap and bowl of chilli and had to wait over 5 mins in the drive through. Then they didn’t put a spoon or folk to eat the chilli so we had to go in. Just terrible

A few years ago, I stopped going to this Tim's because the service was pretty bad. They would constantly screw up my order. I also did not give it a good review. I think that should be updated. It being the closest location to home, I have found myself venturing back there lately. I am pleased to say, the staff is much better now. Quick, friendly and considerate. They get order right everytime. On my latest visit, I was peaking at the donuts, but it being late in the day, it was slim pickings, so nothing jumped out at me. I like that the gentleman sever offered me a fresh donut that had just been made. They even do a food drive, in support of the Food Bank.

Coffe taste like water. Service is very very slow.

Staffing is atrocious, they often don't have enough people to cover restaurant and drive through. Long lines at drive through almost all the time with very slow service. We went into the restaurant once to order inside because the drive through line was so long, and was told to go back to drive through because they couldn't take orders inside. Avoid if you're hoping for a quick stop.

If your looking for authentic honey made on the spot look no further than the donut display cabinet at this location. Yes that's a bee on the donut in through display cabinet.

Used the drive-thru and the guy working it was kind of weird. Not rude or anything but seemed like he was high on something...was also wearing street clothes instead of tim hortons uniform. Wasn't even that late, maybe around 9 pm and he greeted me with good morning lol

No bread for chilli and still charged me full price. Missed one of my drinks and claimed I didn’t pay for it (they looked it up and confirmed that I had). Washroom was filthy - water did it work. No napkins in dispenser - had to ask for them. All awhile there is hardly anyone in the store, so it was not like they were busy.

Usual Tim Hortons... Coffee and food above average. Service not good because of attention lost to in coming customers, due to the rush to meet demands of drive ins. This is the third TH''s I've been to, having baristas being unfamiliar to the usage of their cash register.

Has to be one of the worst locations in Ottawa I’ve ever seen. The staff are just something else and they just lock the doors at the most random times. One time I tried walking in for a coffee at 5PM and the doors were locked while there were still customers inside looking equally confused ??? These guys never have food for some reason. The doors and Google said something about it closing at 11pm but when we walked in one of the staff was condescending about how it was closed and we were in 10 minutes past closing. It was 10:09pm. Don’t get me wrong there are some nice guys in the afternoon. I have tried going back multiple times to just get ignored at the drive thru, but it seems this location is only good for morning service. Go to the Blair location if you need tims past 5pm🤷🏻‍♀️.

Terrible location. Frankly the second location now. Storefront is entirely neglected to drive the drive thru times and they were understaffed, and of the few staffed none had any training, let alone was I acknowledged and someone say welcome to Tim Hortons, I'll be right with you, or I'll be 5mins...no expectation is set. You just come in stand and get ignored This is also true of the Tim hortons in the plaza on Ogilvie road, just down the road This franchise has slipped hard. Get it together. And no more pots that are there from hours ago. 20 min always fresh is the guarantee. It's just pathetic and lazy and poor leadership
