I can't believe this still has a 4.1 rating. There is no way they change their coffee until it is empty. If you don't stop in the morning you get old disgusting coffee. It is brutal. This is the second Tim Hortons that I have given a bad review in a week. I am not a Tim Hortons hater, as almost all of my afternoon coffee is purchased from them. If I am in a rush in the morning I will routinely grab a bagel breakfast sandwich along with a coffee, from other locations. Another issue is that I am sure that the cream dispenser at this location gives less cream than the others. I have spoken with two others from the neighborhood who say the same. My one cream coffee, even when the coffee is fresh, it tastes like half a cream. To top it off, the service is below expectations. Rude.

Could not believe Tim horton let restaurants in that chain get so dirty and neglected .Wasps in with the donuts and lots of them ,told the employee he answered they knew did not surprise him then sat at a dirty table beside a filty window with Wasps all around us the wraps where definitely not like the ones in casselman if I went to tim horton for the first time I would never go back. Also, the garage cans where all full and overflowing holes in the pavement in the parking ,lot really bad experience .

Simply horrible service. They need to teach them worker, how to behave, how to serve and how to talk

The only food they sell here is donuts and bagels. Not great if you're on the road and want a meal.

Have difficulty relaying order and understanding questions..speaker issues , headset issues??

I am always on road they make perfect stepp tea in Orleans other tim hortens in Orlean either they put too sugar or cream I don't know what they do here stepp tea is always good other tim horten should Learn from this location and good customer service also

During the covid 19 pandemic i watched the lady counting all the money in the cash register right before she began making my coffee without washing her hands. When I asked her to wash her hands she refused to and told me that "if I dont trust, dont come back". Her lack of responsibility is dangerous to society. And her attitude gives the company a bad name. She wasnt wearing gloves either. Or mask

Ordered 2 Icecaps, one made with chocolate milk for my son, courteous quick and no problem adjusting the ingredients for the second Icecap with the Choc milk.

Very rude, no customer service. I will never ever recommend this Place. When you place an order, they give you something else.
