Good place to grab a caffeine beverage at a reasonable 👌 price. The staff were friendly and helpful at this location.

Really bad experience! Ordered 6 items from Uber eats, received only 3.. and the 2 items were missing any kind of sauce.. ordered turkey melt and it was just sliced of turkey and processed cheese. Where is the "melt" part, the sauces? Paid extra for these and received none. It was as if they just wanted the money but did not want to give service or proper food. Really bad bad experience!!!

When I ordered my food some of the workers thought it would be funny to make fun of the things I ordered, calling me a much of rude and inappropriate names. They also didn’t give me what I ordered and when I had noticed, refused a refund do not come to this location the service here is terrible, it smells like moldy baby puke and the food here is disgusting.

The absolute worst Tim Hortons. It sucks because they are convenient to where I live but I will not be going back to this one. They don’t pay attention to anything and constantly get orders wrong. I’ve had nothing but issues here. It’s also extremely dirty and disgusting they have rats running around everywhere in the drive thru.

so busy Tim Horton at office hours ;gets drive through service or parking outside of the restaurant and dine-in so that they cannot please all the customers. However ; be careful of some walk in guys who are so rude to yell at you if you stand too near to them. They are always talkative, pesky ...even in line.

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons. The amount of issues I have experienced here is an email to head office level. All I can say is if you come here, get a receipt and check your banking.

Coffee is great as always but I will say this to you.. it is the winter please make sure your staff is cleaning the snow.. I was there yesterday and had to help someone who is in a wheelchair through the snow.. not acceptable

This location is not a location I would visit again. The service isn’t really well, I see the employees fooling around all the time, and my food never gets made, so I have to remind them that I ordered a wrap 15 minutes ago. It is pretty annoying. I really do hope the restaurant steps up in terms of service. But the coffee is pretty good, and sometimes have a good selection of donuts. Overall I don’t really recommend this location.

Usual fare, however, it's more than a little annoying when ppl are standing st the cash and there is a line up behind them with no employees at the cashes and 4 of them standing in a clutch discussing one employees insurance needs. Way too much socializing and not enough service going on at this store. Also watched a fairly tall employee hand a customer her order over the counter but she was so far back the much shorter customer had to struggle to reach for it, as well as, my server had to ask me 3 times to repeat my request for a tray because as she was serving me another employee was talking to her and she couldn't hear/understand what I was asking for. This stores employees need courses in common courtesy, customer awareness and service.

This Tim Hortons' new policy is the epitome of greed. They now ask customers to wait in the parking lot for their orders, completely disregarding comfort and convenience. If this trend continues, I'll take my business elsewhere, supporting a competitor that values its customers more than profits. Greed has utterly tarnished what was once an enjoyable spot.

The service here is pure garbage, i’ve ordered using one of their new machines and of course you had to put your name in. Ive waited almost 15 minutes until my order was fully ready, the first person who gave me my food mispronounced my name. The second person who was giving me my other part of my order also mispronounced my name and just as I was leaving they decided it would be a great idea to start making fun of name. Another fact I ordered a medium iced coffee EXTRA cream and extra sugar cane, they’ve decided to only put extra sugar cane. Honestly dont bother coming to this location they’re disorganized, rude, cant get an order right, and love to make fun of peoples names.

Its a big 0 star. Dirty all around. Big flies sitting on donuts. Poor customer service. Don’t make your stomach upset. Don’t go in this tim hortons.

Ordered from the touch screen checkout this morning and watched and then screwed up 3-4 people’s orders. I was given someone else’s order. 3 different servers behind the counter and two of them didn’t know what was going on.
