Clean store with a good selection of items. Customer service was OK, I asked where something was and was sent in a general direction but ended up having to walk around and look for myself. Easy access from buses, light rail and hwy 174 and good parking since the store is inside Gloucester center.

It's another Dollarama. It's quiet and bright. Has most of the essential things you need at a decent price. I do come across rude customers here sometimes but overall, it's not a bad location. Since it's not in a busy mall, it's a nice place to shop.

Nice gift wrap. Good assortment of greeting cards. Staff is very friendly and service is fast. Household tools and equipment can be found here for Mr Fix it. Good assortment of small toys for tots. Lots of kitchen wear and tons of cleaning supplies too. Excellent choices of pet toys and pet food. Well managed store. Drop by and browse the aisles.

I only shop at this location out of convenience, but its becoming more rare. While the store is bright and clean, the aisles are cramped and hard to navigate, especially if you have a stroller or if you are in a wheelchair/walker. Customer service is to the point and pretty much non existent and you are hurdled through a line like cattle. You'd get better service from a self checkout machine.

Always have what I want to buy but need better service at cashes they wait too.long to call.someone to serve you when it's getting busy

Huge selection. I mostly go for art/crafting supplies but they have a good stock of everything. Always very friendly and helpful with me. Never had a bad experience. In addition the store stays very organized and clean!

I love Dolleramma, but you can't return anything.

They really should make their loss prevention officer wear a uniform. He is going to get seriously hurt by someone otherwise. The poor guy is doing a difficult job for minimum wage. The last thing he needs is to get hurt trying to protect wealthy people's trinkets.

came here a few days ago to pick up some stuff, i had brought in a reusable bag with items in it from the walmart next door. I set it on the self checkout thing so as I scan I could put my items in it, when I put my bag on it, it said “did you add a reusable bag” due to the added weight and i clicked yes, it said an attendant needed to come verify. this older man came to the register i was at and ripped the items out of my hands and starting scanning ALL of my items for me and then setting them to the side. he also asked me to remove my reusable bag.. All i wanted was for him to verify the reusable bag and walk away. I told him i know how to scan things and I could do it and he completed ignored me. He was extremely rude and entitled. If i wanted someone to bag and scan my groceries I would’ve went to the till he was at. Talk to this employee because it is ridiculous to have my items ripped out of my hands like that. This happened on March 23, around 11:30-12:00pn.
