I wish I could say that I had a good experience. My waxer was very nice and friendly but unfortunately my wax experience was not good. All other waxes I have had previously (at other locations) I have had little to no pain (I used to get waxed very 4-8 weeks for years for reference). So this experience was very abnormal for me. But this was so incredibly painful that I had to ask her not to finish my Brazilian wax. The legs were also extremely painful but I was able to let her complete the legs. Areas were gone over multiple times in a row increasing the pain, and the wax was pulled so slowly at times that the pain was amplified by the slow pace. I don’t know if this was a different type of wax from what I have experienced before or a different technique but it has left me swollen, bruised, with extremely irritated skin and even the areas that I said she could finish still have hair. I was also a bit confused at the start of my wax as all other waxes I’ve had the aesthetician leaves the room for you to undress and leaves you with a towel to cover up for a bit of modesty and they come back a few moments later. But she stayed in the room. Not a huge deal breaker, but just through me off. I wish I could give a better review as she was very kind as a person but I just don’t want anyone else to have to unnecessarily go through this pain.

I walked in on Tuesday to get a dry cut done. Jeff cut my hair perfectly and I can honestly say that I have never had a better cut (and I have had many). Thank you very much Jeff for your professionalism and for accepting that I prefer a dry cut for my health issues. You made my day and I can honestly say that I will for sure be returning to you whenever I need another trim. I was able to walk-in which is a bonus for me since if I make appointments, I often have to cancel them. The fact that they allow walk-ins is right up my alley. I was lucky this time and very lucky that it was Jeff who cut my hair. Thanks Trims!!

Kousar has been so great for laser hair removal! I started 3 months ago and seeing great results. The machine they have feels so much gentler than other laser services I've experienced – it's amazing! Highly recommend Trims for laser hair removal.

I highly recommend the salon for laser hair removal. Kousar is really good, she knows what she’s doing. She was very efficient and quick. I started to see results after the second session with no skin irritation. They have 50% discount going on now. My girls did hair blow dry with Natalia. She has also been very good. Patient and did the hair waves exactly as they wanted. **Update to the laser hair removal after 6 months: it grew back (less) but it wasn’t gone for good. Consider that when you do your sessions that you may need to do more follow up sessions in the future also some areas were missed.

Had a very bad experience with this salon. The person who did my hair was very aggressive and tough. The stylist wore gloves while washing my hair. I literally felt like I was going to lose my hair that day. It took them 1 hour just to blow dry my hair. Asked for curls walked out with a straight hair. I ended up going to another salon. $80 went to the garbage. I do not recommend this place!!

Went there for a Brazilian - first and last time to say the least. When I walked in i wasn’t even greeted, just told to sit down and wait. Was told about laser removal 3 times after I had already said no that I wasn’t interested. She (I didn’t get a name unfortunately) told me that she couldn’t wax me anymore because my skin was “too sensitive” AFTER the fact that she had already put hot wax and asked me what we should do. Was in and out of the place within 14 minutes (she used 2 strips and went over an already waxed spot mind you) and they still made me pay basically full price for it, I still have some bruising, which I know is normal but I’ve had bikinis/brazilian done before and it was never this painful or irritated. I absolutely do not recommend this salon, especially not for the waxing aspect of it

I got skin rejuvenation with kousar, a lot wrinkle lines are gone and my skin is a lot tighter and radiant. They also have. 50 percent discount would definitely recommend. Also got my hair cut with Natalya she did a amazing job overall the staff was really welcoming and sweet:)

My wife got a facial at trims salon and spa and she said she had an amazing time the staff was really nice! She said her skin felt really fresh and nice! She is also started a new laser service which is 50% off, a great price and so far she is loving the results.

recently visited Trims salon and spa and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home. I had a facial and it was one of the best I have ever had. The lady who gave me the facial was very professional and sweet, and my skin looks and feels amazing now. I actually got to learn a lot about my skin type as well. I bought some of the products she used for me and it really improved my skin

I got my facial done with kousar at trims salon and spa and i can gladly say I had a amazing time! The procedure left my skin feeling clean, hydrated and rejuvinated. I noticed a visible in the texture and apprarence of my skin immedietly. Would definitely recommend!
