Wonderful staff and experience! I usually do brows threading with Ammy which I'm 100% satisfied with and today I just had a facial with her as well and she did an amazing job, my skin felt so hydrated and bright after the treatment! I totally recommend!

Amy is amazing, I love how she does my lashes! My complaint is that they increased their prices drastically. I do understand everything got more expensive but they should have informed me when I booked my appointment. If I did my lashes on the Friday instead of the Saturday I would have paid $20 less...I don't think that's reasonable at all!!!

I've been coming here regularly for several months for eyebrow waxing/threading and I always leave as a satisfied customer. Last time I was there I got my eyebrows threaded from Heta and I couldn't be happier with the result. The entire staff does an incredible and efficient job :) Highly recommend!

I would only give 5star review to this Salon because of Ammy. She is a top notch employee there. I have been visitng her for a long time now and the perfection she gives to my brows is muuuah. She is very friendly and her customer service is very good!! However theres another girl who works there, (wears glasses, heavy face,tall, usually wears dresses) she is super rude. There was a time when I visited the Salon when Ammy wasnt working and when I asked her certain questions, she started giving me the rolling eyes look and talked back in such an attitude like she’s bossing around. Maybe she needs some lessons from Ammy.

I got my eyelash lift and tint done here. I saw absolutely no difference $85 later. I went back and told her this immediately after and she said it would get better the next day and some other nonsense that just wasn’t justified nor made sense. She rubbed off the products and rubbed the lifted lashes so hard that there was soreness on and around my eyelashes for the next few days. Whatever lift there was, she ruined it with all the harsh rubbing. Also, when she took pictures of before, she took my pictures from above, which showed the lashes as being “low” and “unlifted”. Then when she “lifted” them, she took pictures from under my lashes and told me to open my eyes wide to give it the lifted look. It’s false advertising and false impressions of a lift even in pictures. Not impressed. Won’t recommend it. Although she was nice, I felt it was rushed and done in haste, which didn’t give the lashes the time needed to lift.

Ammy did an amazing job on my eyelash extensions. I asked for long and slightly thick and got just that. Everyone was so kind there as well. Thank you so much for this great experience.

I had booked a refill appointment three weeks before my appointment and sent them a $20 deposit . Once I got to my appointment I was not showing up in their system and they admitted that they had not booked me in. I understand that mistakes can happen. I asked if I could get my $20 deposit back since the error is theirs but they refused. Also when booking the appointment I was not told that I would have to get my current lashes removed and get a new set. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service, I am now out of $20.

I want to appreciate Lipsa’s work today with my threading services. My brows are very clean and even. My husband and I look forward to seeing her again for our threading services at this location and I am excited to get lashes with her next time.

Ammy always does a great job for my eyelashes extension. She offer different options ,she take her time and most importantly she's not using scissors to remove the glue like other places I've been to. You can relax on trust her. She knows what she's doing and has the best technic of application I've seen so far.

Had my brows threaded here and the lady injured me during the threading process. I was left with a big scar on my eyelids and I don't understand how my eyelids got bruised when she was supposed to be threading my brows. We had to stop the threading and she still requested payment. It was supposed to be my baby shower the next day and now I had to use a bandaid for my pictures and event which sucked.
