I recently had the pleasure of getting permanent eyeliner applied by a Cassandra at "BBM" . From walking through the door and being offered a Perrier to Marcella touching base to ensure I was comfortable and giving tips to improve my service , the experience was fantastic, and the results were even better than I imagined they would be. The process itself was painless and quick, and the results were stunning. The eyeliner/lift was perfectly applied, creating a subtle yet defined look that made my eyes pop. I have received many compliments from friends. I would highly recommend BBM to anyone looking for permanent eyeliner application. Their service is top-notch, and their results are truly amazing.

Used the services of a beautician Irina. It is very important for me that the cosmetologist has a medical education and knows how to make it beautiful and not harm. Irina is a professional in her field. After the procedures, the face became uniform in color, clean, the pores narrowed, the skin is smooth. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I had a great time and received quality service. Thanks to Irina and the salon. I will recommend to everyone.

Marcella is wonderful. I met with her to have my microbladed brows corrected. I had been experiencing anxiety about them for over a year since having them done elsewhere, and sometimes I thought maybe I was going crazy. Marcella immediately, and without my input, noticed all of the things about them which bothered me. It was tremendously validating and reassuring. She corrected the issues to the best of her ability, and they look so much better now. I was having to correct the previous work every day with a brow liner, which defeated the whole purpose of it. Now I just walk out of the house without having to worry. For someone who is autistic and has body dysmorphia, this is a game-changer and a real improvement in my quality of life. She was also able to spontaneously fit me in for a lip blush - I'm a pale individual whose usually rosy lips tend to go purple in the winter, plus I had some discolored scarring from a botched micro-needling a few years ago. I had some concerns during the healing process, and she made the time to both text me and have a phone call with me to explain what's normal. I've only worked with Marcella, but I get the sense that all the women who work here hold themselves to a very high standard, and really care about their clients. It seems like a strong community, which is hard to find, but so necessary.

I had nano/powder brows by Marcella. She is a true artist and professional. We met for a consultation before. She understood what I wanted and how best to get there. The process really had minimal physical discomfort and the result was what I wished my natural brows looked like. It looked natural, but with a bit of a lift. I only wish that I had done it sooner- and could give more than 5 stars.

I brought my car next door and decided to stop in and get an eyebrow wax. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Erin. She was extremely friendly and very professional. She explained all the different services they offered and answered all my questions. The place is so beautifully decorated and smells so nice, it makes you feel so relaxed. Iryna did my waxing and extremely professional and kind. I decided to try the micro needling with Charelle. She is amazing and very professional. She explains in detail the procedure for after care and she is caring. I loved it so much that I decided to have the lip blush and eye liner. Marcella did my eye liner, once again very professional, caring and just amazing! Charelle the same with lip blush, amazing! I will come back for more and highly recommend this place for all their services. All very professional and they really make you feel safe. Thank you all so much, I am feeling confident again! You are all truly wonderful!

Charelle is amazing! I got my brows laminated and tinted for the first time by her and I absolutely love them! On top of that the staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly. I recommend BBM for all your beauty needs, the atmosphere is wonderful I will definitely be going back.

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt it was absolutely necessary to tell others how wonderful my experience was having my eyeliner permanently done by Marcella. Every step of the way was fantastic I had a small fear of pain and of course the fact that it was permanent makeup being done. I went for eye liner tattoo with Marcella !! What an amazing experience :) I am so happy with the result, i felt welcomed and so comfortable! Beautiful and clean salon. I had an appointment last week with Cassandra Roussel for eyebrown nano. It was my first time at this clinic and I was somewhat nervous. But Cassandra was amazing from the beginning. She was professionnal, she explained the process throughout the session and made sure I was ok. All-in-all, the experience was great for me (I even fell asleep during my session). It was a relaxing experience; will definetly return. Highly recommend! Amazing team!

I had my eyebrows done today (nanobrows) by Anna. I loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked into the shop and Anna was such a joy to be around. She took her time mapping out my brows, ensured I was comfortable, answered any questions I had and overall made the experience a breeze. Anna and the whole shop made me feel beautiful by the time I left. I can't wait to see how my brows heal. I highly recommend putting your trust in Anna.
