I’ve been taken care of by Monica, and I have never been more grateful. She is literally giving me back my confidence helping to undo a filler precidure that went wrong (not from SkinsDerma!) She asked a few questions and examined the area of concern, and walked me through what steps to take next. She took her time and advised of aftercare. Aside from being professional, she’s also very personable which made me feel comfortable which is a huge deal considering my previous experience. I love the results I got from my chemical peel! Monica is a real gem, I had done a lot of research about the treatment I wanted but she still took the time to explain everything as she went. She's lovely to talk to and you can tell she knows what she's doing and loves doing it. Everyone I interacted with was super welcoming too. I will be coming back to try microneedling next! 100% would recommend.

I love the Orleans location - the staff is fantastic and they’re always on time for my appointments. I usually take advantage of the October sales (40%) off which has been amazing for some of my longer term treatments. I have seen amazing results and I’m going back for more!

My husband and I have seen Monica who is in fact an RN and we can’t say enough good things about her and her abilities. She is the most pleasant and sweetest person. Nurse Monica is so knowledgeable and has guided both Dany and I through each of our individual procedures with ease. We tell her what are envisioning and she makes it happen with which products are best to achieve the results we want. She takes her time and does not rush through procedures as I have experienced in the past, all the while making sure we are comfortable and we are always having a few giggles. Highly recommend Malorie at Skins Dermacare in Kanata. I initially saw her for a consult for Botox/Dysport to prepare for my upcoming wedding. She was super informative and honest with regards to my treatment options, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable in her care. Had my first experience at the new location yesterday. I had Erika as my technician and she was lovely! She made me feel so comfortable and I left with beautiful glowing skin! The new location is amazing!!! Can’t wait to go back again.

Yesterday was the first time in my life I have had any treatment for my facial skin. I had the chemical peel and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the procedure was. I look forward to continuing with the IPL sessions. The staff were efficient, pleasant, and reassuring throughout my appointment. Although it is too early yet to tell the efficacy of the procedure, I feel confident it will meet my expectations.
