Very welcoming and efficient staff at front desk. Shimplee at the Gloucester clinic is very knowledgable, listens well and explains in great detail her observations and approach to treatment and does so in a very professional manner. I was treated for knee, shoulder and neck pain and all 3 were a success. The assistants were very helpful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend the very professional and experienced personnel that work there. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I had back pain for the last 2 year with severe pain for the last year. I previously consulted a chiropractor and an osteopath witch only relieved pain temporarily. After 6 treatment with Philippe and by following the program he prepared, I got rid of all back pain and regain mobility in my right leg.

I had a very positive experience at Pro Physio on Bank St. Ilia Fridland is an excellent physiotherapist. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and helped me along my knee replacement rehab with great care and advice. Would definitely recommend him.

Philip is clearly a brilliant and humble man, but maybe he is shackled by the corporate lifemark/pro-physio/loblaws model. I wish he could have helped me, but unfortunately he did not get to the bottom of it. Not a negative experience, but my gosh, does this clinic need to work on providing more comprehensive spine care.

Thanks to the team at Pro Physio - Philippe and Ella - after four weeks of treatment for a hip inflammation, I am feeling much less pain and am on the mend. Philippe performed an excellent diagnosis and explained my situation in very clear detail so I could work along with him to resolve my issue. He also patiently and in very clear terms answered my many questions along the way. Ella is always a charm, very professional, pleasant and polite as she administers the various forms of therapy - always with a smile. This is my go-to physio stop for the past several years…highly recommended!

I had suffered over 10 years of chronic lower back pain. I had tried other physio and chiropractic. Phil was able to treat the pain and prescribed a simple set of stretches that have kept me pain free going on 2 years now. Life changing!! He is a miracle worker in my books!

The staff here are absolutely amazing!! They always made me feel welcome and helped me get back on my feet. (I had injuries in both my knees.) They educated me on all the exercises I needed to do during my recovery process which in turn gave me the confidence I needed and now I am back at work. Thank you for all your hard work! I have been to physio a couple times at this location. Most recently I saw Vishwa; she is fantastic. She was friendly and actually listened to me when I was talking without making assumptions. The other staff were welcoming as well. Highly recommend
