I recently booked their 60-minute steam package, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the tub was already filled with warm water, and the staff asked about my preferred temperature. The facilities were clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. I spent at least 30 minutes in the sauna, followed by a cold plunge to cool down, and then a shower in their bathroom, which was cute and cozy. One of the standout features of Meristeam massage therapy is their personalized touch. They provide a speaker to play music of your choice or ask if you would like a playlist played during your session. This adds an extra level of relaxation and customization to your experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. I also appreciated that they offer massage services, which I plan on booking in the future. She is exceptionally tallented at what she does. She has been, hands down, the best massage therapist I've ever had.

Amy is the most professional and effective massage therapist I’ve ever had. And bonus is the sauna and soaking tub. I love to sauna and soak to really relax and reset my body. Her sauna room is welcoming and has all the amenities: beautiful cedar sauna, deep soaking tub, shower and private bathroom. I partake regularly in the sauna and soak and I highly recommend a cold soak!
