The team at this Subway is fast and was able to serve 9 customers ahead of me in less than 5 mins which was amazing. These 2 girls are good. They can be better if they follow enhance food safety practises. Like frequently cleaning prep tables, Gloves handling and hair net etc. Some Customers may be very sensitive about it. This Subway really filled your Sandwich and do not hesitate while putting ingredients. Parking is pain. Also staff should not talk personal or Schedule problems when customers can listen them.4 Star as washroom need to be kept clean . If you can not keep washroom clean … The WC bowl black layer indicates that bowl was not cleaned for at least 3 days. If Customers washroom is dirty what would be cleanliness level at back of house?

Worst experience EVER! The staff did not make the sandwiches we ordered. No mayo (they put a sauce instead?!), no cheddar cheese (as ordered). Veggie sandwich had almost no ingredients on it. It's lettuce, people, you don't have to be soooo cheap! When I called to say that they had made the wrong sandwiches, the RUDEST person I've ever spoken to told me I was a LIAR! Then she hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak to the manager, another person said she was sorry for what 1st person had said and done. She further said she would call the manager and then call me back. She never called back. I called back and was told that there was nothing to do about it. When I said I was going to post a review about the terrible service, she told me to go ahead and do whatever I like. Nice. People, save your money. Shop elsewhere. They are RUDE. They make terrible, and the WRONG sandwiches, and they just don't care.

I was on the phone with my husband when he went into this subway to get sandwiches for us and the kids. I overheard the situation he had with the girl, she was very rude, and very impatient. She wanted him to hurry up because he was taking a look at the menu for like 30 seconds. After that she started clapping her hands together, while talking about him to her co-worker; really causing a fit. 30 seconds later she literally asked him if he wants the sandwich or not in a very aggressive way. Very shameful, very disgusting. Learn how to work a job and if you can't handle it, then don't work at all. Our kids did not eat in time and I had to make them cheese sandwiches from home. This was the staff working on that day. Shame shame shame.

Very rude customer service nobody in the store and they were rushing me out . Not a good experience. Very dirty washrooms as well.

My special needs son went into to order a sub by himself and forgot to say cold cut trio. So he came out with 2 subs for 28 dollars no meat just veggies. We went back in and asked to add the meat and she said we can't. I said can't you refund this and charge for a cold cut? Nope. We can't do anything. Worst service ever for helping a customer . I'll never be back again.

I always come here in my break time to eat. So the subway is best. But today strange thing happen in front of me there was a guy who was very rude towards employees. He was passing racist comments towards them. There was big line that because of break time. When employees told him are you ready for order he started yelling at them and then he took pictures of the girls working there and threaten them i will upload it with bad review. Thats why i am writing this review because he recently uploaded his review. Thats totally unacceptable. I would request to owner to take strict action against these kind of people. Because i know how hardworking employees are and i know that how you feel when somebody face racism. Shame on these guys who do racism with these hardworking guys.

I eat from here pretty regularly and it’s great! The staff are professional and smiling. My orders are always correct and quick. Special thanks to the team. Highly recommended

Fresh ingredients, quick service, clean location, and very friendly staff. I got a foot long cold-cut and it was dressed with a great amount of toppings and sauce. I can't complain! I shall definitely be back. Excellent work. Keep it up

i been to this place many time because i am travelling from toronto to ottawa frequently!!! this subway have amazing staff and service but today i was surprised that the uncle in front of me was misbehaving with staff and yelling at them which i think not tolerated by anyone.people think they have all the rights to misbehave and get good customer in the return!!! i really appreciate the girls after that kind of behaviour they still serve his family!!

This place has NO safe food processing. Two ladies in the store had no idea how to handle food safety. I ordered tuna and I caught her toasting my tuna with ham at the same time in the oven. When I asked why? She replied this is how we do!! She doesn't care if someone has an allergy to ham or if it may cause food poisoning or food contamination. She doesn't care that taste may change when two different foods are toasted in the same place in the oven. All she cares about is to safe time. Another big mistake was that she never change her gloves while processing different foods. This type of practice may harm people. I think the management should better train their staff in safe food processing procedures. Otherwise, this may cause you a big loss.
