The lady cut the skin under my eyebrow multiple times on both sides while trying to thread my eyebrows. The last time I was here I got my brows waxed and they burnt my skin. The good experiences that I have had at this location have always been ruined by them trying to desperately push their facial care products on me by pointing out the flaws in my skin. I HIGHLY suggest finding another place to go. The staff are always nice just so desperate to make their commission on products that they can come off as rude and also seem under-experienced.

I've had waxing and makeup done here a few times and had a really horrible experiences. Two examples of this: -At one waxing session the clinician accidentally removed half an eyebrow (completely) and did not comment or acknowledge this, nor did he offer fill it in for me with pencil/powder. -On two other seperate visits they left the large bright hair clips in my hair - even after paying they didn't remove them. I removed them myself before leaving the store. Both times I could see staff laughing and I got the impression they were doing it on purpose to their customers for a laugh. Located within the Place D'Orleans Mall.

I have brought both my 10 year old daughter and teen son to get their ears pierced there. When I brought my daughter we had Heather ! She was so good with my daughter that when it was time for my teen to get his ears pierced we made sure it was by Heather. She was funny which put him at ease with the process. Would definitely recommend her !!

This review is long overdue as I always have great service at visage. They’ve done my make up numerous times and they are always so kind, flexible and accommodating with start time and provide beautiful make up services. Today was my most recent experience with Hanne and she did a superior job. They’ve also pierced my daughter’s ears here which were done perfectly and healed very well. Highly recommend visage.

Went to Carole Baker today, where my daughter and I had our brows expertly waxed by Sandy. We were also super happy to see Destiny back in the store. Both ladies have been missed, and their returns will mean a lot of happy customers!!! Thanks ladies, you are a 5-star team!!!!

Destiny has been doing my hybrid lashes for over 6 months and does an amazing job each time. Not only is she super quick but she is also very kind and has a flexible schedule. Love her work!!

I came in today to get an eyebrow wax. When I got there the woman who I got my services from suggested that I do eyebrow threading instead. I explained to her that I prefer doing eyebrow waxes as I’ve been doing those for years and she really tried to push the threading on me. Since she pushed that service on me I decided to just go ahead with the eyebrow threading. I’m not sure if she was just not able to do the wax or didn’t know how. I specifically told her that I wanted to just do a cleanup of my eyebrows and to have a shape to them. I also mention several times that I did NOT want my eyebrows to look skinny so she was well aware of what I wanted. Once completed she showed me my eyebrows and they looked very skinny. I asked her why they were so skinny and she try to justify it by saying that I don’t have a lot of eyebrows which is not true. I’ve got my eyebrows done several times at Different places and and they’ve always been able to give me exactly what I wanted. Although I appreciate that they were very accommodating in terms of scheduling this appointment, my eyebrows look terrible. If they are unable to properly do a service, I don’t think they should offer it.

Did nice job with threading but the tint didn't last a week. Expensive for such a short time. Also the manager had to come back to the store to process my gift card. Waited about 10 min. & not apology was offered. Poor customer service, will not go back.

I got my daughter's ears pierced today. Brianna did an amazing job. My daughter and I we're very pleased with the friendly and professional service! Thank you Brianna!

We took our 3months for ear piercing, Heather is the best, she's so sweet, patient & professional. I recommend this place for babies ear piercing
