Hidden just by the plaza by the shell at Terry fox/kanata avenue, Sandwich factory is worth a try if you’re looking for a tasty and fresh sandwich. Highly recommend getting the steak as your protein with the egg bread. You can choose up to 3 different meats/protein which is a great option- I do love a good variety! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. There’s a noticeable effort of care that goes into these sandwiches and you can tell the staff are patient but it also makes for a long wait, especially doing rush hour. Probably the only “negative” thing I would say is the wait times. Hopefully something they can work on to be more efficient !

Super fresh, filling, delicious and beautifully crafted sandwiches. The steak, turkey and meatballs are all slow cooked in store - the steak was so tender and juicy and far exceeded my expectations! 😋 I had the Old School sandwich, it was perfect! The store roasted steak was the star of the show, and all the toppings were crisp and flavorful. The sandwiches are crafted with thought and care and you can taste it! They have a large assortment of fresh bread and bun options, more topping options than anyone could need, and great quality ingredients.

Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Very clean. Although the bread and sauces were good, the meat itself had no taste. Very bland. Disappointed because I had high hopes for this place.

My new favourite sandwich place! A big step up, over and above the competition. The prices are competitive. They have a good selection of sandwiches/breads to choose from. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Nothing but good things to say about my experience.

Great Sandwich! I had the traditional club. The egg bread was fresh and soft! They put on lots of good quality turkey and bacon. The veggies were fresh. I took it to go and it did not get soggy like other sandwiches do. I will never be going back to subway as long as this place is open! Price was good for the size and quality.

I was eager to try this highly rated new spot in my area..and it didn’t disappoint! I was so happy to see they have halal options! Their meatballs and their steak is halal and kept at a separated container form the deli meat.. I got a steak sandwich their pre picked choice and it was very flavourful and fresh, and I think it will be both my lunch and dinner! The guy that served me was super friendly and can’t wait to bring the rest of my family here!

Highly recommended. Chris made my sandwich from scratch and to my preference. I choose to 'build my own' with choice of 3 protein, toppings and dressing. I took Option B that included a side (coleslaw) plus dessert was an amazing donut from Maverick Donut. Access is via the gas station on the corner

Had my first sub sandwich there today. Amazing quality, blows any sub-style chain. This is an owner/operator outfit and the quality shows! I built my own sub but it was basically the Spicy Italian with a minor change in the veggies on top. Top quality, I will be back....more than once.

This place is hands down WAY better than all those green and yellow sandwich places. Friendly staff, generous portions, good selection, fair prices and tasty food. DEFINITELY a repeat for me.

The Portuguese bun is very big, made the sandwich big enough for 2 servings! Service was fast. Food was good but not great. 2 sandwiches & chips plus a 12% tip came to 38$. Glad the sandwiches were big because that seems steep! A few small tables for eating in - better for takeaway

This chicken sandwich was pretty bad. It was so dry. The quality of the meat was questionable. Even the colour of the chicken was odd. The chicken was so tough to bite. It came out cold even though it was supposed to be a hot sandwich. Barely any cheese was melted. $15 for this. Service from the guy who made it was good.
