Very good chicken today. It’s almost as good as the ones I got in Newfoundland. It’s hot juicy and crispy. The taters used to be very salty but they are good now. The pieces are still smaller than when this restaurant first opened. The restaurant is clean and the staff are pleasant. I’ll give it a 5 out of 5

Really enjoyed Mary Brown’s chicken burger!! The chicken was crunchy, good size and it tasted really good! I also tried the Buffalo chicken twists from their appetizers. Also really good :)

Today I bought an expensive Big Mary Sandwich for $9.93, hoping it would hit the spot Once I got home, I examined what I was about to eat. I'm glad I did... The lettuce was brown and soggy mixed with the mayo. There was one slice of pickle and it was the end with the a bit of the vine still one it. Honestly, if you're still reading this, I think you know what I thought of this burger ...staff at the cash was nice tho

Hands-down one of my fav in Ottawa. Great taste and great deals and combo offerings. Batter's Box is my go-to and sometimes two 3-piece meal, which gets you extra sides and extra drinks for relatively similar price with Batter's Box. If you compare the fried chicken from KFC with Mary Brown's, that's a huge difference in quality, MB wins here. Taters are game changers.

A few days ago, trying to convince friend, how great and wonderful Mary Brown’s was compared to the other chicken place. I ordered a 13 piece chicken. It was barely cooked. It wasn’t pink, but it was barely cooked and then we ordered poutine because it’s my favourite poutine(Mary Browns) barely any gravy, barely any cheese worst poutine I ever had, didn’t eat it. Unfortunately I work close to there. I will have to make my way to a different Mary Brown’s to have lunch. Hopefully it’s not too far very very disappointed. speaking of disappointment I can’t believe the comments. Those people must work there or get paid good money to write that I’m not the worst experience I’ve ever had but very close to it never again.

Well their chicken and wedges plus the gravy have won my heart. If you promise to keep serving good portions of chicken pieces I'll be loyal. Bye bye KFC. Hello Mary Browns . I gave the atmosphere a 3 because it's like they started building a dining room but ran out of money with 3 tables or possibly 4 with a torn up bench . The food and the service should hit it right. We ordered Batters box (limited time deal) and 3pc chicken MB app deal Food was tasty and service was good. Seating area was pretty clean but not perfect like was few fires under one table. There were only two tables for families and all other seating was for single person. Washroom was also clean and stocked Ample parking space

Delicious food and excellent service!! I happened to mention that it was my husband's birthday and came home to an unexpected surprise. They had added two of their strawberry dessert pies, at no extra charge, with Happy Birthday written on the box. We really appreciated this kind and generous gesture ❤️

They used to be amazing a year ago.(2022) The big mary became an overpriced McDonalds sized and it's worse tasting burger. Fried chicken is chewy dry and horrible. It took multiple bad experiences to make me write this.

Love this location! I am not from Ottawa and I 1st tried Mary Brown's here. The staff is great, professional, CLEAN and remembers their customers. I would definitely recommend it!

Love this place! Food is always fresh and hot. They are generous with their portions and they don't skimp out on fries which I love the most
