As a delivery driver, this place is ridiculous. The staff know how to make the food but don't know how to get it to the driver WHO'S STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY NOT TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOU, meanwhile the food sits 5 feet from you getting cold. While a driver waits - for no valid reason, the driver loses money (time is money!), and the food gets cold. Guess who pays for that? The driver, in dismissed tips. Here's a solution - when you finish wrapping and taping the bag, turn around and call out the number or just CHECK to see if a driver is standing there waiting for an order. It's NOT HARD!!

Did a mobile order for drive through pick up. Only 3 cars in front of me and took 10 min to get to the window. When I got to the window the person told me I would have to go to a parking spot to wait for my food.which took another 15 minutes. All I ordered was a Big Mac and fry! Never coming back here again.

This is the slowest drive-thru in town. I also had to repeat my order five times to the woman who took my order; No 3 combo with a LG coffee and an extra hash brown. I thought my order was pretty straightforward.

Cashier and the employee who gave me my food were polite. Food wasn't hot, though. I waited 14 min after my order was put through at the cash. I have to say it was busy. All of the employees were busy working, but there seemed to be something missing. Maybe they were short staffed, but there were about 12 people. Could be you need more people to run more efficiently and to have food hot. It's not the employees' fault!! Is still frustrating from a customers standpoint, though.

This McDonald’s is so much cleaner than the one at 2625 Carling. Service was a bit slow but my food was fresh so that is most likely why and that’s fine by me! The cashier was super nice (not sure his name but it was August 17/2023, around 7:30 AM) 10/10 would recommend rather than that filthy McDonald’s down the street, where when you sit inside, you feel like you’re gonna bring home roaches with you

Not sure how they train the burger makers, but at least center the very, very small meat patty. Big Mac's meat patty has shrunk so much that it feels like you're eating a meatless burger. Cheese always ends up half on the packaging.

Most of the time there isn’t much to say about McDonalds. But this place had a very memorable experience for me.. the pop was amazing! Most fast food places, the pop is flat and that is always my expectation.. but damn my Coke was fizzy and refreshing. Thank you!

We ordered the McRib, because it was a limited time item. Service was good, staff was nice. This is one of the only McDonald’s in Ottawa that does their cheeseburgers differently, and my partner always gets one when he’s in the area. The cheese is meltier and the onions are more caramelized.

I tried to order the new McFlurry, Ask specifically for the new Toronto Raptors swirl McFlurry, the Siakam swirl, and the person just did not comprehend, so i said smarties and fudge, he still repeated the wrong thing then i said it again and they charged me for the fudge so i asked why i was charged and they said because i didn’t order the new mcflurry and the only difference is red smarties not colour… so i paid 30 cents for coloured smarties fine whatever only to be told I ordered caramel not fudge, which I never said… So the lovely woman at the first window of the drive-through when it fixed my order but by the time I got it, my ice cream is basically melted… I normally would never complain, but the fact that it Was this problematic is crazy and to top it off my mcflurry sucks :(

25 minutes in line.. Followed up by lies and an attitude.. Spent about 25-30 minutes at this McDonald's. Ordered two McDoubles and 20 chicken nuggets. Waited, got to window, was met by a lady that I tried mentioning my concerns with. I prefixed it by saying I'm not trying to be rude; however I asked her to speak with her manager. She asked why. I mentioned the audible music through the "authorized personal only" door as well as the long wait time.. she claimed there was only 3 workers currently working as well was insisting that her manager would not do anything about my issues. The second star is for the coffee I received shortly afterwards.. no, there is visibly more than 4 people working in the non kitchen area alone. And yes, thank you to the kind manager for the coffee. please, if your gonna have your workers lie for you.. pay them more
