As a matter of practice, I generally refrain from giving poor ratings to a store. I loathe to tarnish a store's reputation. However, to receive TWO bags of burnt bagels is utterly unacceptable and downright deliberate. Aside from being assaulted by the noxious smell of burnt sesame seeds, it was the humiliation of having to explain to guests that most of the bagels weren't fit for consumption. Customers should feel confident that your employees will exercise sound judgement when selecting bagels. I've had wonderful service in the past, but after yesterday's experience, I will no longer trust the quality of bagels selected. The nature of baking is such that there will always be burnt goods- but these should not be sold to customers. Two bags of inedible bagels, wasted both my money and time.

Too funny.. the first few reviews were saying it would have been 5 stars if they didn't forget something, or the coffee was watery, or...well, I must add my review with...it would have been 5 stars if they didn't lose my order and I had to ask them where it was. As people around me were getting theirs, I was waiting. My little mobile device did not go off. Then when I asked about it, the lady went to the back...took a bagel...had it made to my order...came back and said, "they didn't get it, I had them make your order, here it is." As if she saved the day. No apology. As for the food, I would have given it a 5 star. Well, there went that. Oh, the cashier could have been more excited to take my $25 when I put my order in. Just...Very....Blah.

While they only have one vegetarian pre-made option it was very good! Everything was fresh, staff prepared the food fast, and I really enjoyed how you could watch staff make the bagels from scratch. I was surprised how "fast food" the seating was and some of the tables could do with a bit of a clean.

Recently tried the the veg bagels here for the first time. We tried vegetarian and TLC bagel. The TLC was so delicious, but vegetarian was not so tasty. It was weird taste for me. Also tried cinemon bun which was okay. Would like to go here again for TLC bagel for sure. The ambience was also good. It was spacious and nice.

Genuinely excellent bagels, and friendly staff. The environment is comfortable, and accommodating. It even has outlets in many places. It’s comfortably lit, and open 24/7/365, which is also a huge plus. These are Montreal style, so think hardwood fired, hand made, and salt water.

Best bagels in town as they are one of the few places that make onion bagels (my favourite!) Lots of bagels options, such as plain, poppy seed, seasame seed, onion, garlic, cinnamon, and everything. Variety of spreads (like cream cheese), chips and drinks are sold here too. There's an eat-in area too so you can order a bagel and eat it there.

This seems like it was made by a new employee who doesn’t eat bagels and cream cheese. Don’t we usually get more cream cheese? This was 7$!!!

The bagels are always fresh to serve. Each portion is adequate for a meal of mine at anytime in a day. Orders are quickly taken and completed. I really like its unique selling point of opening 24/7 around the year. I’ll be a loyal customer if being offered more choices for the main menu.

The people making the bagels were awesome with my 2yr old who was watching them intently, even giving her some dough to play with. (It went in the garbage when we were done)

What a wonderful experience it was to meet May and visit the Kettlemans store in Ottawa. We wish there was one in Ancaster. May took us through the various stages of production. It was fascinating! Great, tasty bagels!
