    Jas is such an amazing kind knowledgeable and empowering woman! She really helped me feel Comfortable even though I don’t have much yoga or meditation experience at all. Her voice is also so soothing and perfect - can’t say enough good things! You can go to one of her classes around the city but she also can come to you making it hard to find an excuse !

    Meditation and Yoga with Jas are downright incredible. Her care, love, and wisdom shine through in every wonderful session. Meditation with Jas has been an uplifting weekly staple that I quickly grew to eagerly attend every Monday to center myself and live in a more present, empowered way. Jas combines ancient wisdom with a variety of meditation techniques that are catered to the present energy of the group. Her meditation sessions are not an automated, cookie-cutter approach. She instead does a phenomenal job at perceiving the overall vibe, checking in with everybody, and approaches the practice like we are having a real, in-person interaction. She is personable and amazing. Highly recommend working with Jas in any of her class offerings!

    Jas has been such a safe space for me not just in the pandemic, but before. I am a better person, with a stronger practice every time I leave her place. Her sessions have built my confidence and have been so therapeutic in the chaos of being a mom and entrepreneur.

    I completed my 200hr yoga certification in December with Jas. My training was extremely individualized and I was given the extra attention to feel confident in leading my own classes. Her knowledge is vast and no question was left unanswered. Not only is Jas an extremely accomplished yoga teacher, she is also a wonderful human being. If you are looking to be trained by Jas, or looking for a yoga instructor to lead you in your practice, I fully recommend working with Jas, you won't be disappointed.

    Working with Jas, is truly like taking a breath of fresh air ! Her lessons are very well tailored to the needs of her clients, they are calm and relaxing, yet you come out of her class feeling rejuvenated and full of energy. I would recommend her to anyone who is beginning yoga or who has already been practising but is looking for something personalised.

    Deciding to take Yoga Teacher Training with Jas was one of the best choices of my life. Jas provided comprehensive teaching in a supportive, safe environment. She spattered in personal experiences and provided a vast amount of knowledge. The training was well-rounded and touched on traditional aspects of yoga, anatomy, breathwork and so much more. We got in a lot of practice and also had tons of fun bonding with fellow soon-to-be yoga teachers. The small class size was perfect! If anyone is considering YTT with Jas, what are you waiting for?! Sign up already, you will be glad you did!

    I have done yoga for years, in group classes, and online, and decided to get one-on-one coaching with Jas. Jas had me push my boundaries, in keeping with my comfort level, and cheered me on, tailoring a practice to my specific needs. Jas was able to look at how I was doing poses I have done forever, and with small tweaks and suggestions, deepen them. Many "Oh THAT muscle" moments! I would highly recommend Jas to anyone!

    if you're doubting joining yoga with Jas, don't. I wanted to try yoga for the longest time but I didn't think I would fit in. Jas welcomed me in with open arms. She took the time to talk with me about what I wanted out of yoga and what she could provide. I decided to take a few one on one classes and learn some basics. She's a great teacher who takes the time to break down the poses and how to modify them if you have any physical limits. Among other things, the importance of listening to your body and being aware of your breathing are two values at the core of her teachings. I've only just begun my practice of yoga but Jas makes the experience feel like you're simply reconnecting with an old friend.

    Jas puts her heart and soul into her work. Whenever I finish a yoga class or guided meditation with Jas, I feel lighter, calmer, and filled with joy. She is an incredible teacher who truly cares about every individual she encounters.

    We did the Samosa workshop with Jas and it was a blast! Great food and we met some awesome people. Def recommend this experiance.
