Trash pizza. First time was trash thought I’d go back benefit of the doubt.. waste of time. 5.65 for just the slice (meat lovers) I think they called it. Literally 2 pieces of pepperoni and maybe a little cube of whatever else was on it. Straight rip off.. the dude that served me was cool though.

Delicious pizza! So fresh. Used to make a point of going to eat there when they were at the rideau center. So glad they are (back in Ottawa) at Tanger! Fresh everything. Yum!!

The pizza was so old that it might as well been cooked a week ago & reheated. Unacceptable for a Saturday at lunch time.

Fresh Italian cooking...have high doubt. They gave us an expired bottle of orange juice dating 2.5 weeks. If they don't even bother to have fresh bottle juice with date on it. What about the ingredients they're using.

It's pretty nasty here, the food has no taste at all. The food looks so good when you see it and you think to yourself wow I need to try this stuff. Myself and some co workers all thought the same thing and had to try this. We all hated it, I'm not sure if it was just an off day or what but nothing was that good at all. I will just it another chance one day maybe to see if it was just that day but overall I cant really recommend this place to anything at this point. Food all looks like a ten but tastes like a zero.

Last year July 2021 I purchased a large pizza and cost me $19.99 at the Niagara outlets. Today I bought from this location & cost me $40. I know prices went up but a 100% increase? Would not have purchased the pizza had the price of the Large been posted at $40. We waited 20 minutes and at that point the kids were already ready to eat. It seems the prices are just made up & arbitrarily charged as they go along based on the circumstances, being we were stuck here for a few hours due to a severe rain storm. Stay away from this location, pizza is not even up to par with the other locations.

I paid $13 for a coke a salty piece of pizza and garlic fingers that were stale. The staff was friendly but didn't seem to know what the hell they were doing. Needless to say I will not eat here again.

Pretty sure it’s just Pizza Pizza with the Sbarro branding. Nowhere near what I had in NYC or even on Borocay.

Ordered those rolls with cheese and spinach inside covered with tomato sauce. Didn't taste good and there was only one person working the entire time. Taking cash and preparing food without taking proper hygiene procedures. He put the cheese on those rolls with his bare hands and then went on to accept cash. Never saw him wash his hands once while I was waiting in line. Rude customer service when the receipt was thrown onto my tray. My stomach does not feel good after eating there.

They have really great tasting pizzas however they are often not made fresh due to the volume of customers being low compared too others. The pizza sauce they use is very very tasty. Their pasta is made to order and they recently started doing poutine so that's always a plus.

Little restaurant in a food court. Service is fast and efficient. Employees are really nice and helpful. Food was hot and was ready in less than 2 minutes. We ordered 2 slices of pizza, it wasn’t the best but it was still tasty. Good flavor, topping were good and like said previously it was hot. Not a bad place tho. It wasn’t expensive, approximately 5$ per person.

Rudest customer service!!!The guy who was serving is was so ill mannered.He was acting so pissed as if he doesn’t wanna serve us but he was so nice with the white folks beside us. Won’t be coming back for sure and please do not support business like this with very disrespectful employee.

Didn’t expect much based on what I’ve heard about the chain but I very much enjoyed the spinach Stromboli and the guy at the counter was nice.
