I love this place! I'm working at a client's place nearby so I decided to check them out for their lunch buffet. They have a small lunch buffet, but it packs the right punches:4 or 5 different meat dishes, and a few vegetable dishes. The real star it's their egg plant dish (it's called something else): I've eaten egg plant since I was a kid, but I've never had any as delicious as this! Check them out: they've been in business 32 years, so they must know what they are doing.

We were extremely surprised by how good all the food was. We had one of the dinners for two. There was A LOT of food, each thing we got was so tasty and for a reasonable price. It's never busy and the atmosphere is quiet and nice. Will definitely be back.

Very nice quiet Indian Restaurant. The food is delicious but the prices are very expensive. We got the Chicken Biriyani and the Butter Chicken and it was $13 for a small portion that barely filled one person. Comparing it to other Indian places around the area, there are places that provide you with more for the same price. The owners are very nice and provide great customer service.

The food was allright but the portion sizes was a joke for the price! We ordered two butter chicken portions and we were lucky to get more than one small piece of chicken each (6 people). We spent over $170 on various dishes and it really wasn't that much food. The naan was also not great, it was either stale or just not cooked well. Garlic naan had no garlic taste at all. It's doubtful that I would order from here again.

Went here on a recommendation from a neighbour, was definitely not disappointed. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious (portion was huge so I had to bring some home), the server was incredibly friendly and sweet. Very generous and kept bringing us things to try. Would absolutely come back again and again.

We ordered a wide range of protein and vegetable dishes and noticed a lot of salt, even on the rice. But the beef, lamb and chicken were tender. The samosas were nicely filled. The best of all is the naan, which we could tell was freshly rolled and baked. I'd return for the naan alone. Green Giant frozen seems to be the veg of choice. They're happy to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Tikka roll - dry bland, no salt no tomatoe or any form of chutney or sauce as mentioned in description. Rubbish. Mixed Veg Bhaji - rubbish boiled veggies in oil. No salt, no spice and no ‘thick gravy’ as mentioned in description. Sag Lamb - pre boiled and tasteless Avoid this place unless you are being given for free. Even then, think twice.

This place is awesome! Unfortunately they’ve closed the canotek location and are only downtown now. But delicious food!

I ordered food thru skip the dishes. This was the worst food I ever tasted. My order was Saag paneer, Chana masala, Rice and Naan. Chana Masala was sweet, felt like they added honey to it or something. Saag paneer was just a Saag and hardly any paneer. Rice was really low quality rice. Naans were the only thing that was ok. We made a call to the restaurant and owner said we are trying to scam him to get free food. Do not recommend this restaurant for indian food

Sauces flavourful, but poor quality dishes- especially vegetable dishes. Vegetable curry was frozen beans, peas and carrots tossed in sauce. No paneer, so saag paneer was spinach with potatoes- not advised when ordering. Disappointing.
